What is your character in the show?
"I play a young and vivacious girl Reva, who is very bubbly which attracts everyone around her. Her life gets shattered when Prince Randheer molests her and from there the real story of Reva starts."
You are back after 10 months, so in these 10 months what kept you busy?
"I enjoyed every single day of all these 10 months. I had spent time with my parents, which I haven't done during my shooting period. I went to Delhi and many other places. Life was really beautiful. I have seen a lot of movies like Kaminey, Aaage Se Right etc. with my friends."
How did you bag this role?
"It's through auditions only as I really liked the simple look of Reva and I was confident that I will get to play this role as the makers were searching for a good new face and so I am here..."
Well, during your break, which TV shows, you used to watch?
"I used to watch shows like Balika Vadhu, Uttaran and then I like Laagi Tujhse Lagan too but mostly I used to watch Kitni Mohabaat Hai…I like the on-screen chemistry of Karan Kundra-Kritika Kamra."
How is it working with co-actors like Jaya Bhattacharya and Kishore Shahane-Vij?
"It is wonderful as both the actresses are very senior to me and I have learnt many things about acting and presenting yourself from them. Kishore plays rajmata, while Jayaji plays my mother in the show."
Do you think that the show will get a good response from the afternoon audiences?
"I haven't yet understood the TRP game but I know whatever may be the time slot, a good story line always works and so over here too I am hoping for the same."
What message you would like to give to your fans..?
"I am coming back with a new show Aise Karo Na Vida...so, please do watch the show because of the uniqueness of the show's concept…"
