They were still lost in each other when aakash heard a door open in the hallway behind him.

He saw the shock on annanya face and instinctively went on guard against the unseen threat as he spun around

Two officer led rohit mafatlal out of the nearby room .he has changed into expensive suit aakash then realized that rohit got a bail.

Aakash arms went out to push annanya behind him as rohit and officer come closer. He felt her fingers curling into the back of his jacket and something inside him shifted

When rohit spotted annanya and aakash he grinned and then wink to annanya

Rohit --- first officer kaisi hai aap I missed out interaction and especially last one

(Reminding annanya about the rape attempt)

The soft gasp behind aakash made him reach to hold annanya wrist at the brush of her chilled skin he hold her hand lacing their fingers together offering his protection and support against the man who terrorized her a year earlier

Rohit give an evil grin to annanya

Rohit -let's see

Aakash snapped to officer

Aakash -"get him out of here "

Or I will do this job myself and then nobody going to like the consequences

Easing out a tense breath as the threat left aakash become aware of other type of tension passing through his body .while talking with rohit annanya curled against aakash side and now she was sort of side hugging him several moment passed and aakash realized he don't want to leave from her side moving away from the warmth of her curve after recovering from her coma this is the 1 time he is coming in any sort of an physical contact with annanya

He realized that his thumb is stroking the back of annanya knuckles soothing her

Aakash---you okay

Annanya---yes

But her nod was not at all convincing he know her report by heart and he know she was dealing with Posttraumatic stress disorder that's why doctor told him to stay away from her so that in 1 month recovery time she don't get any sort of reminder of past but now he know that it a time she has to deal with it

Anannya--- aakash thank you for being here when rohit was here "he was so close enough he could have touched me "

Aakash clenched his fist then touch annanya face

Aakash---Anannya listen to me he will never touch you again and that's my promise. Annanya lets go home
