He was referring to the mission which was to save the hostages and not run to save the girl. It was evident from Akash act that he wholeheartedly went on the mission for Ananya and the other hostages. So that man has noticed Akash's growing interest in Ananya and stay away from her as organization comes first.

There's no doubt the secret will be revealed. But to clear some confusion, chief during the conversation mentioned twice. He said something like pahle bhee ek ladki se problem hue hai that was Mahima and also said I don't want any problem because of a girl and this he referred Ananya. I feel Akash is an agent and working as a mole with some terrorists organisation which is planning some Hijacking or a big terrorist plot for which goods have arrived (Akash mentioned that)
