We have discussed the creatives and the ideas they come up with. As well as the quirky storylines and characters they sometimes create.
My question is how did a person for this show get a job as a creative. What were the qualificiations and experience required? Some of them have nothing, so why were they chose because some of the stuff is ridculous on the show, but some is good. Where did they find these people and what questions did they ask them on the interview?
This is what I think the qualifications and training required were:
1. Have at least some education to have the ability to read, write, and speak.
2. Come up with stupid ideas that the audience won't understand.😆😆😆
3. Don't listen to the audience because they don't know anything.😆😆
4. There should be logical thinking in the storyline. Illogical as much as possible.
5. Include as many blunders as possible in each show.
6. Make sure the stories are not connected to any special issue, just keep them random.
😆😆😆😆😆 So there are the things they need to get a job as a creatives on this show.
Here another one for you. What questions were asked at the interview for the Agle creative job?
😆😆😆😆

😛😉I have some thoughts on some of the issues you have brought up ...😛

This is what I think the qualifications and training required were:
1. Have at least some education to have the ability to read, write, and speak.

It is possible some may have primary school education. But if they had some experience of real life, they would have gotten away with it without anyone noticing it. Unfortunately, they must have had pampered living .... like our two chote thakurs who did not know what the world outside their gate looked like. The CVs should have looked towards us for inspiration.

2. Come up with stupid ideas that the audience won't understand.😆😆😆
The CVs love making our lives miserable with many idiotic ideas such as what in the name of heavens was Madhur doing staying at Loha's house. I have heard of men staying at their wives houses, but a nephew docking at his uncle's house and making no move to pull up the anchor! No one could understand the logic behind that. (I still think Madhur had termites in his house and that's why he came to stay at Loha's).🤣🤣😆😆)

3. Don't listen to the audience because they don't know anything.😆😆
This is where they made their biggest mistake ... treating their viewers as if they were brainless twits. AJ viewers were from across many nations, and were highly intellligent and smart. They were sharp in their hearing and sight and picked up mistakes everywhere. They asked intelligent questions. The CVs pretended not to hear it. 😡
😡
4. There should be logical thinking in the storyline. Illogical as much as possible.
Probably the CVs thought if they kept the storyline illogical, it would create an aura of suspense and mystery. Instead it created a major headache to viewers who seemed to have become lost in the labyrinth of the CV's illogical thinking style. We are still lost.

5. Include as many blunders as possible in each show.
Every episode appeared to have a serious gaffe. When you thought that hey, maybe this is the last big mistake they have made, they come up with a new one, even more bizarre than the last one

6. Make sure the stories are not connected to any special issue, just keep them random.
That is their specialty. Give it to us, we can help them create the biggest mess of all. .
😆 So there are the things they need to get a job as a creatives on this show.

Your answers are excellent. You have the right training and qualifications!!!!
Wonderful so now you have to pass the interview section 😆.

All the things you mentioned sounds like what the creatives have. Absolutely no common sense or how to put a story together in a correct sequence. Also they do not think about the detail level of the story and therefore, have those ridiculous blunders!!!!! They should be 😳😳 big time for their stories and characters inadequacies. 😳

😆😆Top five interview questions for the creatives to answer for that big job?

1. Why are the creatives always right and the audience wrong?

2. How do you create blunders that are covered up so the audience does not notice?

3. Why should a show have many characters but only use two to three of those characters? What do you do with the ones you don't use?

4. Why must some characters have handicaps such as mental problem, blindness etc and be kept that way for long periods of time?

5 How worthless is it researching or talking to experts about certain illness, police work etc......used on the show???

If you can answer all of these questions perfectly you get the job....😆😆😆

Just relax and speak quickly without thinking...we do not want you to think 😆

Thanks...The hiring committee😆

I feel the scenario is not only with this show, but every other show on TV... After few months blunders start to happen... storylines go kaput, characters sway.... Take example of pratigya, the drama that happened this week.. it was forced down our throats, with all characterizations going haywire... Just because they wanted Arushi-Shakti marriage to happen, so that Arushi becomes the new vamp to her sister Pratigya, and they come under one roof...

The same creatives we appreciated for first six months on the show (when it was indeed good); and now we hate them, because they are failing to keep up the quality of the show.. But thats what is their job, to do it right....

But i feel Agle, had comparatively lesser blunders, and of smaller intensity... But thats my opinion... my problem with Agle, is, with the sub plots they choose, and the way they have narrated it in past few months...

i sincerely hope we are not let down in this election drama...

I think the creatives start of very strong at the beginning and then they lose momentum after some time. The might run out of ideas, however if they are good creatives they could continue to come up with good ideas. If the idea turn bad fire the creatives and get some new blood in there.
Don't you think? Why keep the loser around who can't write anymore.?
Maybe these people do not get paid that much money.
As for the blunders they will continue to exist unless the show hires experts and researchers to keep track of the stories. Most of the time things are all mixed up.
