I actually like the sid pregnancy track because it might create further discord between Laali and Shekhar. It will be interesting to see how long Sid can carry this idea of hers. What will Loha do if he finds out that there is no baby. She could always say that she lost the baby.

no yar, shekar's mom is Kaushalya.

Laali could use this in her favor. She could say well if Sid is pregnant can I keep my kid. Laali should use Sid's fake pregnancy to get an assurance from Loha that now that he has a legitimate waris from chutki dulhan Laali the chot jaat who is no longer married to Shekhar can keep her baby. Though I think the writers are not going that way. They are either trying to keep some discord or mistrust between Laali and Shekhar or they are trying to push Shekhar into a corner because he can't tell anyone that the pregnancy is fake or that Sid gave Ratna the gun to kill Laali and her baby, otherwise Sid will tell Loha that Sumitra killed Ratna. It remains to be seen how this story line which was so unexpected will pan out. Maybe Laali will not let Shekhar put sindoor anymore on her now that his legitimate and legal wife is supposedly pregnant unless Shekhar tells her why Sid is doing this. Also I thought it was so mean for Sid to go and lie to Sumitra when the poor woman can't talk or do anything and then drop her hand so callously on the bed. I must say of the 3 Sid is far worse. Gangiya is an outsider so she has no allegiance to any one in the Thakur family. Ranvijay had to be really coaxed to poison his mother though he did manage to commit such a horrendous crime. And then there is Sid. She is in a class by herself. She has no qualms kidnapping or killing people. She is down right Machiavellian.

if loha finds out the truth he will hang her for sure. well she has to keep on showing her belly growing, so will she do that? after a few months she could say she had miscarriage while was out and that will do it. However if loha wants to see the body she is in big trouble.... 😉 the other thing is she could borrow someone's baby for while 😊 😊

Sid is not pregnant. That was the other lady.
