as usual shekhar's dad is making the mother do the dirty work to stop laali from interfering with ratna's marriage. why does he not do his own work? he treats the mother like a servant.
the mother is stupid too because she listens.

i don't get her because one minute she likes laali and the next minute she hates her.

i use to like the mother's character, but think she is too weak and flakey about everything.
