What is Dai upto??

This Dai is a very cunning woman. She has always been telling the Thakur family to not get their waaris from Laali. And in today's episode she says that she will not let Laali achive what she wants. She tells her to ask Ganesiya(Shekhar) to put red sindoor on her, which would officially declare that she is married to him.

So I guess Dai wants Shekhar to find out Laali's truth. And hence Shekhar won't conceive a baby with her.

I wonder why she is doing all this, she might be jealous of Laali. Since she is a lower caste, and yet she is achieving so much importance?😕

I believe exactly what ur saying...but I strongly feel that Dai wants the Thakurs to have a child with her daughter... that's why she does'nt want Laali to come in 😕

that could be a possibility, and she is really sick if she wants that.
There's a lot more to Dai's character and we will find out later on i guess.

Actually...I really hope Shekar finds out the truth about laali. It's not fair to Laali...so Dai's deeds might be a blessing in disguise.

Though, yes, I agree that she probably wants her daughter to be the chosen one.

This is what I felt too. It appears Dai maa has worked for the Thakurs for a long time with great loyality and knowing the Thakurs I am sure Dai has got very little in return. This is why Dai might feel her Daugther should concieve the baby so she feels that they have a position in the family, and maybe be able to speak up to the Thakurian as her status in the family will increase. However, like already mentioned this is wrong...and Dai will do all she can to stop Laali's luck favouring her.

I just hate the way she always say "Small mouth and Big talk." It is clear from this she wants to be heard in the family but nobody listens to her.
