Eleventh Episode!
Laali's suspicion that Shanichari has been sold, grows stronger
The episode starts with yesterday's precap where Laali is very saddened by the fact that Shanichari has been taken away by those men. Laali then goes into a temple but a women stops her in the way and tells her she can't enter the mandir because she is a lower caste. Laali goes away from there and looks at a tree where women are tying threads around the tree. Laali then rips a small part of her duppata and ties it around the tree. She wishes that Shanichari be in a safe place and may all her doubts on Shanichari not safe, be proved false. As Laali is leaving the mandir she hears some women saying that someone sold their daughter for money in the village. They are also talking about how low cast people have no respect in the society and that they can do anything to their daughters and bahus for money.
Laali then remembers all the past events like Shanichari diving in the water, crying, and those men taking her away from there. She also remembers her pointing at the chained goat.
Home, Nanku and Majri lie to Laali about Shanichari
Nanku is worried about Laali and asks Majri about it. But she too doesn't have any idea, since Laali didn't tell her either. Laali then returns home and she is still thinking about Shanichari and the women saying someone sold their daughter for money. Nanku and Mari ask Laali what's wrong, and Laali asks them Shancichari has been sold right? Both Nanku and Majri get very worried and then all of a sudden Laali faints. Nanku and Majri get very scraed, they decide that they will not tell Laali the truth as she will get more worried. After sometime Laali regains consciousness and as soon as she wakes she starts crying and asks Nanku and Majri, my friend has been sold right? They tell her, this is not true and that Shanichari's father has done her gauna. Laali is still crying, she then asks what about the women I heard at the mandir. Nanku then tells her that these people only want to make fun of us poor people, and they were just lying. But Laali still can't believe them and is crying, she then asks how come Shanichari tried to commit suicide? Nanku hopelessly replies and tells her that Shanichari wanted a lot of gold for her Guana which her father couldn't give and in this zid she did this act. Laali doesn't believe him, and get's shocked. She tells him Shanciahri can never do this to her parents. Nanku get's mad at her and tells her that he's not lying. And he also tries to persuade her by saying that she can believe in women whom she heard talking at the mandir but not her own father and also tells her that no father can sell his daughter.
Munna decides to have some fun
Just then the three kids come there, yelling "babu, babu". Laali goes in the house and is in a complete state of shock and disbelief.
Both Nanku and Majri are worried and Laali is sitting inside crying. And no one talks to the kids, Munna then goes into the house and brings the dhol. He then says that when Laali didi asks babu to play the dhol, he plays it immediately, but when he asks banu never does it. This brings a smile onto everyone's face, Laali then goes up to Nanku and tells him "I know no father can sell his daughter, I made a big mistake by not listening to you".
Nanku then plays the dhol, and everyone dances along with it. It's happy time once again, all the kids including Laali have a smile on their face. Both Nanku and Majri are happy seeing this.
Nanku and Majri find out about Laali's dreams for her Gauna
Laali is talking the puppet which she thinks of as Ganesiya, her future husband. Laali says that she never knew Gauna's happened like this. She then talks about Phulwati's Gauna which happened with band baja and how her husband came to get her. She then asks the puppet, "will you come and get me like that as well right?" Majri and Nanku hear this, and get worried, since they still don't have money for Laali's Gauna.
Nanku goes for another job
Nanku goes to a thakur for a job. He tells him that he needs 40 rupees for transportation to go to Laali's sasuraal and fix her gauna. He begs him a lot, but thakurdoesn't give him the money. Nanku says that he can do any job to get the 40 rupees. Thakur calls Nanku handicapped and makes fun of him and tells him he can't do any work. Nanku then decides to leave from there, but then Thakur calls him back and tells him he will give 40 rupees only if he plows a field for him. The field is huge one, Nanku agrees to it and says he can do any job to do Laali's Gauna.
Tomorrow
Nanku is plowing the fields and Majri is helping him in this job. Then Majri's feet get's stuck in the plow and she hurts herself an falls to the ground. Laali comes running seeing this.
