It begins with the DC in thoughts, just when someone rings the bell at the door. DC tells his servant to check who it is. Bihari and Pin-Ky enter with a basket; DC is confused to see them. Bihari says "I brought mangoes for you since they are in season." (ee liyo'yeh toh baith gaye! Maan na maan main tera mehmaan?) Dc says "what was the need for this?" Bihari says "I didn't want to disturb you at this hour but I heard some rumors that something happened at the B.D.O. office today and you are too being defamed in all this. Krishna and his family are doing what they like and you are the one being trapped in all this." A servant comes with a file saying that his peon gave it in just now and said that it the report of the matter you asked to enquire about. DC reads this and is shocked; he makes a call and says "what is in that report. All the illegal charities in Bhagalpur are being supported by all the rich and famous people...listen if this is the case then ask all the officers to look into this matter and report to me urgently...anyone that is involved in this will not be spared!" Bihari and Pin-Ky smirk and bihari says "Looks like you are really busy, I'll take your leave." Pinky and bihari leave (haan aagya hoga koi evil idea dimaag mein!)

Krishna is sitting by the well and is in deep thoughts. He remembers how Ravi left the house in anger because vidya supported Krishna like always. Krishna sees vidya standing by and says "dad did brother called?" Vidya says "yes, he's at his friend's house." Both sit down by the well, Vidya says "I know you are hurt by this." Krishna says "dad because of me all of you had to bare a lot...but I am doing what is right! Why am I still hurting others?" Vidya says "you aren't hurting anyone...let me tell you something, when follows the path of the truth has to bare a lot of problems and not anyone can follow this path. You ma and your brother can't understand you properly but never let this affect you. You know in mahabharat arjun never looked back!" Krishna nods and stands in confidence.

Tuntun gets a call from bihari who tells him that all the illegal charities are to be shut down and an action will be taken against all the people that are supporting it! Krishna is the one in control for all this...and if she finds out about you being involved, she won't spare you!" Tuntun says "are you sure about this?" bihari says "ofcourse..." Tutnun hangs up in anger, bihari laughs.

Tuntun tells his man that all the NGO's are being checked...the guy says "what to do now? Elections are close by" Tuntun says "well it's time to play politics! Someone needs to framed in this... Ravi has left the house...now Vidya is the next target!"

Krishna is on her way to work, she's reading the files...Mangal stops the car because someone is blocking the road. Mangal gets out and asks him to move out of the way. Krishan goes out and scolds mangal for behaving rudely. Krishna says baba if he's fine...Krishna sees that baba is tying a bandage on a goats foot because it was injured. Baba sees Krishna and looks at her curiously. Baba says 'she'll be fine." Krishna says "you helped her out..." Krishna is about to leave, baba calls out to her and says "your face tells me that you'll make it big someday...but listen to me one always will be alone in the end...and as you make it to the top, everyone will leave you one by one and when you reach to the top then don't be scared." Krishna gets tensed hearing this. (haaye rabba...pinto ji bhi mjhe chod denge)

Tuntun is scolding his workers and ask them to change these accounts and trap vidya in all this. The employees are confused and find no way out to trap vidya. Tuntun says "there must be a way! Think harder!" the employees give up...tuntun is continuing with his scolding, he trhwos the files away in anger...and he notices vidya's signatures...he gets an idea and asks his employees if a fake letter can be created with vidya's fake signatures...the employee says "then you can have him trapped." Tuntun is happy. The other employee asks how he'll get vidya's signatures...tuntun gets thinking and says "it won't come...we'll get it done!"

Pinto is doing some work, just when he hears a knock on the door. Pinto opens it and finds Krishna standing there. Pinto says "Krishna? The thing is I was preparing for my interview...I'll give an interview until I don't get a good job." Pinto notices Krishna is in thoughts. "Krishna? Are you feeling okay?" Krishna says "I am fine..." Pinto senses something is wrong and says "it doesn't look like it...what's the matter?" Krishna says 'Ravi bhaiya's attitude is just getting out of control now..." Krishna narrates the entire story to pinto. Pinto says "and what are you thinking about this whole thing?" Krishna says "I am thinking of creating an opportunity for people to send in their complaints directly to me. So I can help out. I want to start this from my own house...I'll have to get ravi to apologize the cable guy." Pinto says "will he?" Krishna says "I'll try my best...he'll have t say sorry..." Pinto says "I'm with you...take a seat'" Both sit down "But Krishna, Ravi is upset with you so he won't listen. I'll speak to ravi and convince him to apologize." Krishna smiles and is a little unsure. "What happened now?" Krishna says "I am doing the right thing...right?" Pinto says "can you ever be wrong? And Krishna even if god comes to me and says that you are wrong...I won't believe him either." Krishna is thinking, pinto holds her hand, Krishna is trying to get her hand out of pinto's but pinto isn't willing to leave. (haaye rabba haath toh chodein humara pinto ji...humko saram aa raha hai) Krishna blushes away. "Now ms B.D.O...go to your office and kindly let me work too..." Krishna smiles and leaves for work.

Krishna reaches her office, where she sees all the employees outside her office. Mithilesh says "S.D.O is here to meet you." Krishna says "S.D.O.? so suddenly?" Krisha goes inside to meet him. "Sir, you here...all of a sudden?" S.D.O says "Ms Krishna Raj, the matter has become so serious that I had no choice but to come here.' S.D.O hands over a letter to Krishna. "You have been in the news a lot lately which is not really good for you. You are not Krishna...You are B.D.O Krishna. From today you will do what you should be doing or else strict actions will be taken against you." Krishna gets worried and tensed.

Ravi is at work, he sees 2 people threatening his boss. Ravi walks over to them, Pinto is watching this from far. Ravi says "what the problem?" guy 1 says "We'll handle the problem ourselves...you move out." Ravi says "I won't, but you can try." Guy 2 says "just leave...no need to interfere in our matter." One of the employee says 'you know who you're messing with? This is Ravi...B.D.O's elder brother." (haan naam ka hi bhai hai'kaash kaam se bhi hota!) Ravi says "if I see you here again then your shop will be closed!" Pinto is not pleased by this...Ravi takes a seat, Pinto takes tea for ravi and puts it on his table. Ravi sees pinto standing. Pinto says "here's your special tea...with ginger." Ravi says "Pinto ji...you?" (chalo shukar hai...inke naam ke peeche ji lagana toh ni choda!) "what's all this?" Ravi says "you've become a big man now...after all you're B.D.O's brother...so did I make a mistake by serving you tea?" Ravi says "I didn't mean by that." Pinto says "I need to speak to you about something important." Ravi says "go ahead." Pinto indicates him to come with him. Both go aside, ravi says "tell me.' Pinto says "do you know how all this is affecting Krishna? Krishna is being blamed for your doings...ravi being Krishna brother you have to save her from problems...not put her into problems. You need to apologize to the cable guy." Ravi gets thinking.

Krishna gets a call from the DC. DC says "I have all the files of the illegal NGO's...and I have seen the files it contains a lot of frauds." Krishna says "Sir I too have noticed all the frauds but I can't seem to find any particular NGO which is involved in this." DC says "I have the list and I want you to start taking charge as soon as you get the list." Krishna assures him that she won't disappoint him. DC says "you may be under a lot of pressure while doing this but you cannot let it affect you...you have to take a fair decision...no matter who it is that is involved." Krishna says "I assure you it'll be done failry." DC says "good." Krishna is in thoughts...the screen splits in to 2'krishna on one side, and tuntun on the other.

Precap: DC tells Krishna that she has to take an oath that she'll take the fair decision. Krishna says "I promise I won't back out from my responsibility." DC gives her the files, Krishna is shocked to read her father's name and looks at the DC.
