I think fazila the reason he said for her to know rhea is cos she doesn't have anything to worry about....everyone falls in love and he has fallen in love with her and their isn't anyone other than her he would want to have a love relationship with....so that's why he said girls and guys can be friends....
Second point - she made it very clear that she is not one of his friends or like these friends of his...she is very different to them. Urmi has made it crystal clear to him that she really likes him...if after that he doesn't know then god help him.....but i am confident that he does know........he is just abit nervous about tieing himself to responsibility cos he hasn't had that at all in his life.....and now that it is happening at a late stage he doesn't know how to deal with it........but things would unfold slowly slowly......we will see a different side to sandeep i am sure of it......
