You're right in a way. Because Manu isn't a Devrakshika and can't be one now, someone has to protect the royal family which is probably why Devsena will take up the role again. She will find out about Maya being a Icchadaari Naagin otherwise in the promo, why did she pray to the Garud Dev so desperately resulting in that wolf coming out from behind?
