First of all thank you IF for the forum...

I have watched all the episodes of Adalaat. So, whenever they bring a recycled track I am left very disappointed. Season 2 has just begun but I hope to have new story lines.

It was first or second story of season 2 where a model had committed suicide and her boyfriend was accused of abetement to suicide. Later it was proved that it was her friend who had killed her by tricking her. The script is similar to another Adalat story. Last time the girls were students, the suicide letter had a doodle instead of a smiley and a flower pot was used instead of a helmet. Otherwise it was more or less the same story. KD pathak won the case on the same six inches gap theory.

Last Week's story was about Split Personality. It too has happened before where KD's own client had faked it all. It was Eijaz Khan who was a painter while this time it was a model or something.

Agree that the episode had the same subject which s split personality as in season 1,but the story was different & gripping! And ronit was simply awesome! His performance made it worth a watch!😊

I agree that these two cases were sort of recycled ones but I am sure they will bring new interesting cases in the upcoming episodes 😊😊

Halfway through epi 3...the prosecutor is so OTT 😆
For a change may be they can try to play with loopholes in the law assuming they have a legal team on board to support the creative team (I'm doubtful though)...but will be interesting to watch !!!!

@ Itv : Most of the prosecutors are OTT.😆 I think they should have a legal team if they don't have one yet. Sometimes, they show something so odd that as audience even we know it wasn't possible.

I know..sometimes they are so silly 😆 😆... they focus on the crime/case mostly... that's why I 'm not quite sure if they have any legal help...being a courtroom drama they need to focus on legal stuff as well once in a while... expecting episodes will get better...s1 was not that good initially, it picked up later..so I have hopes 😊

The stories are being repeated!!!!

Why make a Season 2 then if you don't have new stories??😕

The split personality story was in turn taken from a Star Bestseller episode starring Mamik Singh and Shweta Kawatra!!!!

Even season 1 Adallat had a story on sleep walking. Even that time the medicines played the trick. Only he didn't murder at all. Someone else murdered and had put the blame on him. Also, it was a hotel.

This story had severe issues. The other night the girl was sleepwalking and had reached the terrace. Yet, both the in laws surprisingly learnt about it. It was pretty late night when a person is suppose to be fast asleep

However,the night the murder took place it was their own bedroom, someone had opened it with keys and a lamp in the corridor was broken by the attacker. Yet they were fast asleep until one of them was brutally murdered.
