ohh you need roti-subzi ideas....hmm....i'm not well versed in that department! my dad is like your husband....dal-roti-subzi! you see, my mom makes dal-roti-subzi, so when i get to make a meal, i want something different. 😆 i only know how to make aloo, and i've made parathas a few times! 😆 once i made channa dal and bharta, but i don't remember the recipe. 😆

I too loved making fusion dishes before I got married...now it is the usual dal-roti-sabzi....my poor baby is bored...

hm....well, i don't know how open you husband is, but one of my mom's really good friends, she buys frozen fried okra, and she makes a subzi out of that with onions, tomatoes, mirchi, and masala. my bare-nana used to make a subzi out of tatertots! 😕😆 i've not tried either of these, but if you all are will to experient, you can try these out! 😆
