There was a real case like this in the US, I think in Florida. The police chief of a town was eating at a restaurant, and he couldn't stand the screaming of an autistic child, and he threw the family out of the place.

LOTS of Americans who were polled said they don't think it's their job to sit and be part of autistic children's behavioral training, and they are not paying good money so they can listen to bratty tantrums. They said that kids who cannot behave belong in places like McDonald's and Chuck E Cheese, and autistic kids don't get a pass to behave badly just because of their problems.

Sigh....

How to tackle a problem instead of crying/arguing/losing hope/worrying/self-pitying is shown so nicely. It is so inspiring and positive.
Though the hotel customers' and the manager's words and reactions seem exaggereated. It was mended by Vidya's courageous and intelligent response to the situation
