Vedhika seems to be on a rebound.. seeing Sahil's behavior with her.. else how can she say to saying Yes to Marry Gautam so quickly?
Did see think her daughter Aarya will accept Gautam in place of Anurag so soon?
Aarya will take time to accept Sahil as her father but I'm sure they will first become thick friends.. !

I think Vedika is thinking about her situation, and Gautam (esp if he is seperated from his wife or she died) that it kinda makes sense for two people to come together for companionship. I mean to her, he is not some stranger but someone she knows, and has known for years.

But i also think somewhere deep within her, Sahil's behaviour and i am thinking he has by now confessed to her that he loves her, is also another factor she is thinking of and probably running from.

I think after Sahil proposal to Vedika their equation ll change as we have seen how till now she has always ignored his teasing behaviour but it ll not remain the same...sure Vedika ll distance herself from Sahil.

Also she ll think as per the society she is a widow with a 15 year daughter and above all the age difference so all these ll not play in favour of Sahil. Thus may be she say yes to gautam as it is more practical and suit both Vedika and gautam situation.

Also we don't know if she is a denial mode or started having feeling for Sahil but we all know the endgame is SaDika😉😆 as Suhasi has said all nani's dreams to go to USA ll be shattered in a jhatka😉...guess may be Sahil accident 🤔

I agree with you all. Right now vaidika going through things and not to mention if sahil confess it's another problem. Gautam who is her age and a close friend is a safer route for her, which I'm sure she's thinking. I guess by agreeing to marry him, it will complete her family and she probably think he will be a good father figure to her daughter.

Second, her agreeing is probably trying to run away from sahil love. I mean his a young man, who she thinks is childish and irresponsible. Not to mention not her age. society already have problem with this, so to cause less drama and problems from society and his amma , she will move towards gautam who she thinks is the safest route.

She probably has feeling for sahil, but instead of figuring it out, she chose to ignore it. Anyway, I think the marriage won't happen leading to sahil stepping in to marry her at the right moment.
