The gorgeous TV actressDrashti Dhami who is playing the role of Madhubala inMadhubala ek ishq ek junoonwill be seen on the stage of Nach Baliye 5.

Drashti Dhami is little sister of Jaisheel Dhami who is participating in Nach Baliye 5 along with his wife Suhasi Dhami.

Drashti Dhami visited the Nach Baliye sets to encourage her brother Jaisheel Dhami and sister in law Suhasi Dhami.

Jaisheel and Suhasi performed a brilliant dance on the song Ami Je Tumharo from Bhool Bhulaiya.

In the performance Jaisheel was dressed up like a girl.

Drashti revealed to everyone that Jaisheel always liked wearing girl dresses in his childhood.

Drashti Dhami also created laughter on the sets by telling that she got a new sister on seeing Jaisheel in girl outfits.

The married couple Suhasi Dhami and Jaisheel Dhami made everyone happy by their aerial ballroom dance performance for the song Zoobi Dhoobi in Nach Baliye 5.

Judge Shilpa Shetty Kundra felt lack of dancing in Suhasi and Jaisheel's performance.

Judge Sajid Khan was unhappy with Suhasi and Jaisheel's dancing.

Judge Terence Lewis liked aerial act of Suhasi and Jaisheel but he demanded innovative in their dancing.

Ragini Khanna's loss is Suhasi Dhami's gain, as the former just lost the chance to feature in Gulshan Sachdeva's new show, "Biwi Hai Sab Jaanti Hai". As reported earlier the plot of the show is about a journalist married to a cop. After the marriage the scenario changes, with the cop forcing his journalist wife to quit her job and turn into a housewife.

Suhasi Dhami who will be featuring along with the male lead, Anirudh Dave, was the second choice of the makers. Ragini Khanna who was last seen in "Sasural Genda Phool" was originally finalized to play the character of the journalist. Things were almost finalized, with Ragini even signing the contract papers. But somehow things went wrong, with Ragini having some date problems.

The situations lead to a, friction between the, production house and the channel, with the latter calling, for more alternatives for the role. This resulted in Suhasi Dhami coming in place of Ragini Khanna.

Ragini was very much disappointed at the turn of events, as she was looking forward to work with the production house. But she consoles herself blaming her destiny in not being able to be a part of the show.

Too much rona-dhona can be nerve wracking: Suhasi Dhami

Doesn't the balancing act of a daily soap and a weekend reality dance show get physically stressful? Suhasi confesses, "I signed both Housewife and Nach Baliye in the same week. It is hectic of course, but, I'm enjoying the daily too because show is a light-hearted one. I sport a very trendy look in Housewife... to look like today's girl and even the character is more chilled out than the previous ones." After a heavy duty tearjerker, is it relaxing to be laughing on screen? "As professionals we tend to get carried away and doing all those emotional scenes were gut wrenching and nerve wracking. That's why this current show is keeping me positive."

Doing Nach Baliye 5 has put Suhasi on a high. She confesses, "Dancing is a passion. And the best part is, thanks to all the rehearsals, I get to spend a lot of time with my husband (Jaisheel). It is little tough for him as he is not a trained dancer but, once he gets into the sequence, he's very very good." And how's Jaisheel as a husband? "We have been going steady since our college days, and we got married six years ago. He's an awesome person, and has always supported and encouraged me to continue working."

Suhasi is someone who believes in enjoying life to its fullest. "Jaisheel and I take a 10-15 day vacation every six months, so I do live it up a lot." And what about when she's home and not shopping? "I enjoy watching movies and shopping with my mother-in-law. I also try to catch up on the sleep because after 10-12 hours at work, you definitely need it. That apart, since Drashti (her sister in law) also keeps very long work hours, we plan our off-days in such a fashion that we can interact with each other more often and have a blast."

On a parting note, we ask her if professionally she and Drashti keep exchanging notes? "We are each others' biggest critics and support too. We talk to each other before making important professional decisions. It is good to have someone in family from the same profession."

Suhasi Dhami pays tribute to Madhuri Dixit

Looking stunning in a yellow choli , a bottle-green navvaari saari and the traditional Marathi nose-ring, Suhasi is said to have made heads turn and jaws drop as she shook a leg to a Marathi dance number at the star-studded Dandiya for Ram Milaayi Jodi's mahaepisode. Suhasi said, "I have worshipped Madhuri Dixit ever since I watched her take the country by storm with Ek Do Teen. Before I'd watched Humko Aajkal hai from Sailaab, I had never imagined that a Koli number could be so sensuous! In this dance cameo, I have tried to re-create the same look Nobody can really copy Madhuri as she is inimitable, but I have danced with a lot of love for Madhuri in my mind. Let's hope the audience enjoys my performance."

Suhasi Dhami will be seen in a show dedicated to homemakers.

Most of the protagonists on TV are housewives, what is different about Houswife Hai... Sab Janti Hai?
My character starts out as a journalist who opts to be a housewife. She knows what she is getting into. She knows that her saas will yell at her, but she will try to manage her. From paying gas to light bills, she takes care of everything and sees that the family is running smoothly.It makes viewers realise that being a housewife is not just a respectable choice, but a challenging job that calls for resourcefulness, creativity and tact. I liked the basic plot.

Your last serial Yahan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli was also on Zee. It is rare for an actor to get two lead roles on the same channel?
I agree and I was not expecting to get a show from the channel. So, when I got this offer, I did not even bother to find out the time slot or anything else. I was so happy to play another character as the lead.

Of the serials that you have done so far, which has been more challenging?
I loved doing all my serials. Ek Chabi Hai Padoss Mein was a weekly and a very different kind of show set in a mohalla. It was about four guys who are behind a girl (my character) and I am in love with another guy. It had a pinch of comedy and had very good actors including Varun Badola and his father. I learnt a lot from them. Yahan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli was an aggressive show related to life and death. I got to play every thing possible in it including a double role. It was heavy with emotions and I guess that is one serial where I sang a lot of bhajans (laughs).

Soon, you will be seen in the reality show Nach Baliye. Does your husband Jaisheel know how to dance?
No, but now he is trying to learn. He knows dancing is my first love and when I got this offer, I told him we've to do it, he had no choice (laughs).

Suhasi Dhami who is popularly known as Abha from the show Yahan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli is finally coming back on TV with a new show Biwi Hai Sab Jaanti Hai on Zee TV.

Aniruddh Dave who was recently seen as Indu Singh inRuk Jaana Nahin will also be seen in the show Biwi Hai Sab Jaanti Hai.

Both Aniruddh Dave and Suhasi Dhami will be paired up opposite each other in the new show.

The storyline of Biwi Hai Sab Jaanti Hai revolves around a happy go lucky, laidback cop (Aniruddh Dave) and a journalist (Suhasi Dhami).

Inspite of having fights with each other, they get married. The company that Suhasi's character works for, asks her to quit her job.
