Comissioner still a better one than Kashyap.He supported Randeep initially and he never knew Karuna's identity b4.But here kashyap already knew that merchant was ordered Tadipaar once and he himself interrogated him,still he wants to save him.That is so much making Kashyap's intentions more suspicious.
