No hope...because after mallik death 90percent viewers disappointed and didn't see 24...and even vedant never try to stop jay to go forward with the plan... Saigal being an ex husband at least try to stop him, gave courage to her, waited for her... But vedant did not do anything...so let it be...don't want any ff...atleast he failed to be her good friend...so...

Yes even I stopped to watch 24 I hate jai n entire ATU team how cud jai kill malick for evil demand but m not underestimate that my side dea I feel vedant love malick he is also cry did you not seen???

Whole atu unit is sad for loosing mallik ... But vedant not even tried to stop jay...that is a disappointment...i so love vedshi... Iwas the first one who was telling abt their love...if there is no love ok but a strong friendship bond...but no... Not a effort of vedant to stop jay,to protect mallik...saigal at least tried, his emotions were so effective than vedant...now vedant is looking like just jay chamcha...saigal showed frustration on jay, questioned jay but vedant nooo...so not liking his character
