Ok, put your thinking caps on and imagine what is the worst news that Naina can tell Aditya..😊

Here is my thought -- She tells him that she had an affair with him. (I have this doubt based on how well she knows his house and his habits)

It might be shinde's death or also landing antara in jail for shinde's death.
