I can't beleive abhi is treated this way in his office and his boss first call simi his older sister and today talking so dirty about simi being sexually abused.
How can any man take this?
Don;t employee have rights?
How can a boss call employee and riducule him about his personal life and his wife?.
where are the labor unions?.
Abhi must know the law.
I mean no person with self respect wants to work in such office with such nosy sick boss.
But he needs to be taught a lesson.

THEY ALL ARE ON THIS SUMMER BREAK ALONG WITH THE SUN-SHINER'S AND THE CREATIVE'S
😲

AND THIS IS WHY WE DIDN'T WANT HIM TO TAKE THIS LUNCH BREAK!! Abhi has dealt with the law and know its boundaries......may be with a different approach .🤣.First when he told indirectly to Simi at the Qutab Minar to report Bhalla to the authorities. and the one when he smuggled the affidavit from Bhalla's home......then he did it himself with R.B when he locked the troll in the toilet and in very compromising scenario😆 🤣 not to forget how tactfully he got his phone charged.. and just recently when he got the stay order for the house so he is familiar with these sticky situations and may be can use his I.M.A degree to get out of this.... so let's hope he comes up with something new and innovative......to save his job....⭐️

If I was in abhi's place I would have given him peace of my mind saying mind your own business. How would you feel If some one ridicule your wife and question about her such way and may be give him a slap or 2 before leaving.

It is evident you've not worked much in a corporate environment otherwise you would know that there are no labor unions when it comes to clerical jobs. When problems occur of this nature, then you take them to a human resources department. First, however, you have to realize that often the same laws of employee-employer relations might not available in India and of course never in 12/24 Karol Bagh.
Regardless of how his boss spoke to him, Abhi should NEVER have physically assaulted his boss. It's a grounds for losing a job no matter WHAT your boss said. If anything, Abhi's boss clarified the comment before he asked him. Of course the boss still had no right to ask it. If the old Abhi was asked this question, he would have verbally put the boss in his place in an assertive manner. For example, he would have said to him, "Sir, whatever the reason, it concerns no-one here and I'd rather that you were more concerned with my work than my personal life."
That's it. But of course that is not very dramatic.

abhi has one more person to deal with now. But let us hope he gets around to him and show him his place. Poor guy I truly feel sorry for him.At least we know he has manjuji to take care of him when he goes home.
Considering mili is spared and simi keeps quiet like he asked her too.
Abhi truly needs a shoulder to cry on. and let us hope that is not mili/
This is truly heart breaking.how long this will go on.
ye to sach me chaar din ki chandani phir andheri raat.

let me share to examples one of which is my own expereience.

My uncle who worked in the bank as a clerk had a problem with his boss(his boss said something demeaning) Not only He stayed home for months with pay and won the case against his boss wit and went back to work with his boss's apology and demotion for his boss.. India has strongest labor unions, workers unions to protect emplyee rights.
This is my personal expeeince
I worked in the bank for few months in India and one day my friend came over in my break . we were seating in cafeteia. she was beaten by her mom so much and she cried and I cried. Then I went back after my break was over.and some one saw me crying. My boss, his boss and his boss all came one by one and asked me if any one from the bank said something to make me cry. and I said no it was something personal.
Later I asked my boss who happened to be my brother's best friends older brother and my friend too. and he told me they have stirct laws against scolding employees and one of the higher person from bank who was in cafeteria saw me crying and wanted to make sure it did not happen because some one from the bank said something to me as they do not want any legal action or me going to union.
I was not even permanent employee there. I was just working for fun for few months as I was bored at home.

So you are saying their are laws in India - that is fine. However, it is interesting that you claim that a person seeks recourse for an action with a Labor Union even for a white collar profession? Typically Trade or Labor Unions are designed for only blue collar work. Taking into account the existing Labor Unions in India - see list here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trade_unions_in_India
Assuming Abhi has an MBA which one would he belong too? So you're saying that people with positions in business express their grievances with Labor Unions? So which one would someone like Abhi go too?
