daboo , i feel the problem wit manju is the society
she dosent mind if simi marrying abhi, but her problems is what will society say. ( long back manju once told simi , if abhi was not younger than u i woulf have thought about u getting married to him).
so basically manjus problem is what thesociety will tell. subconsciously she is happy that simi is married but she cant show it., as her prestige comes between. like yesterday she agreed to keep som and abhi as a paying guest, ( she might have taken the excuse of RS and surenders wish),other wise she could have given another kasam.
about neetu manju is not worried now as the socierty dosent know about her pregnancy, before they came to know she got her married, so manju feels she is safe and neetu is secure.
Manju did blame simi about neetus pregnancy(that what manju said is wron .....what she might have ment is if simi might have told her long back manju could have done something)

but i do feel waht manju doing to simi is perfectly wron, but tell u there are mothers worse than this and the same, the only thing is we dont know and we dont see.,.
In middle class what people think first id of the society then only about them selves.
We have no problem its becouse we live in a different environment and different locality, so we a more broad minded, but in india specially in the remote areas, or u see most of southern india , this still goes on ,, and you kow in some places even noe u get love marrid its considered as wrong and the couple are thrown out from their caste and houses. this is a fact

I am not disagreeing with the highlighted part....all I am saying is in small town and villages this is possible....but this show in in the middle of the capital and a large city..... Yes, we do live in a different enviornment here and we don't get to see the everyday life of middle class India. But I also feel if the serials showed positive aspects than maybe just maybe people will change!?! I am not saying it will happen overnite but sooner or later! They take evilness to an EXTREME than why not show people whose marriage is not atypical and that sometimes somethings just should not matter? Saif Ali Khan married Amrita Sing who was 13 years his senior. So people do see it happening in society. So then use the show for society improvements and help society as a whole move into the 21st century. All these shows are geared more towards old thinking and how a saas bahu are always at each others throats. Or mom's out to destroy one of her own child. We are living in 2010 and it is time to change, SNAP TO IT CV'S
