Was Papa Seethi In The Wrong Yelling At Anuj?

In today's episode we saw Anuj take Anita's wedding jewelry/kangan to a pawn broker. Papa Seethi got upset and yelled at Anuj for this. While I am the first one to decry Anuj's stupid behavior for things like stealing the FD and always siding w/Anita I think Papa Seethi missed the point. Here lies a golden opportunity for him to shower some of that love he has for his daughters/betee's on his only begotten son, Anuj. He could have handled the situation quite differently by telling Anuj that while he is grateful for what he has done. He cannot let him pawn Anita's kangan or accept money from a money lender. He could have hugged him and said, "beta we will find another way together." Personally, I think it's only fair since she took part in stealing his FD. Anuj was showing good faith and trying to be a good son at the same time. Yes, he has made mistakes in the past but his heart was in the right place this time. His dad insulted him on top of losing his job. No wonder he is about to get drunk on the terrace with Rajeev. All he has now is his family, pride, and Anita. 😡 I am starting to understand why Manju Ji after today. No one really listens to Anuj. He was the first Seethi to speak up and say that Nakul was not a good match for Simi di. No one listened to him then or now. They talked around him even consulting Abhi!??! He is her brother for God's sake. I feel this pushed him right into the path of Hurricane Rajeev. I just hope father and son can repair their relationship and weather the storm together so to speak.
