Hmmm, this has possibilities - I bet Dadi disliked her daughter in law in the true tradition of sasumaas and Omi takes after his mum, or maybe he is adopted against Dadi's wishes. How about if Omi marries he gets the full property but if he doesn't then it all goes to charity! And naturally this will all lead up to another gory climax involving Nakul this time with a gun plus the goons of course, where Omi will get a second traumatic shock and be cured. And of course, Neetu having found out Omi is the sole heir to the Dagar millions will ditch Vicky and fall for Omi. Meanwhile, in the very same climax she might conveniently lose her baby, thereby removing all traces of Vicky from her life.

Naturally, Neetu will blame Simi for that mishap too. And to make things right, Simiji will make the ultimate sacrifice of handing over her own baby to Neetu, with Abhi as usual stoically standing by her (of course that may never happen given Simi is too occupied to sleep with Abhi). Manjuji will shake her head at all this and say "samaaj kya kahega", and RS of course will just say "meri simmo...".
