I wonder in which directives the creatives will take this.
What may happen is that Neetu's pregancy is revealed to Daggar's but they still need to go ahead with the Rishta with Omi and Nakul's Rishta with Simi simply because Omi is handicapped or mentally challenged in some way.
What may happen then is that Simi tells Abhi that she never loved him and makes Abhi and his mother go away, goes ahead with the Roka with Nakul. RS refuses to recognize the Roka and refuses to attend the marriage.
Nakul finds out about Simi's relationship with Abhi but goes ahead with Rishta with Simi because Dadi forces him to.
Neetu tells Simi that she can choose Abhi if she likes. She decides to tell Nakul & Dadi to break the Rishta but then Dadi says it is a 2 for 1 deal or no deal so Simi gives and decides to go ahead with the marriage anyway.
In the meantime Abhi finds some evidence of misdoing by Dadi / Nakul in Business deals (bribes taken/received) and tries to stop the marriage but it goes ahead anyway.
Finally Simi takes a stand and tells Dadi that the Rishta is broken regardless of what may or may not happen with Neetu. Neetu also breaks it off but falls in love with Omi and eventually they get married or somehow Vicki, the same or new actor's reputation is restored ( murder charges are false and even there may be some good reason he took the 40Lakh or we find out Nakul was blackmailing him in some way).
Meanwhile Simi and Abhi finally get married.
Laila I think abhi already did and he reminded her she belongs to him and she can not make such decison alone now with rishta on and off. he is no moron the guy knows what heis doing. I am gald he is not begging. But standing on his grounds and reminding simi waht she did in the temple.

You can see anger in abhi's eyes more than tears. Who likes to be 2nd best?😡
First, I like your senario - I think it's going to follow exactly as you have planned. It will take a wedding cermony for Simi to finally wake up and realise what she is doing. Tragically we will have to put up with a lot of Abhi crying and immature outbursts. Completely unbearable. A root canal without any painkillers or anaesthsia seems a far more soothing alternative.
But I do have arguement with your comment that Simi belongs to him. Simi doesn't belong to him; she might have made a commitment to him but he does not own her. She does have free will to walk away. In this case her free will has been surrendered to Manju and she is walking away.
What I failed to understand that if I was Abhi and I loved someone and they continually pulled this stunt on me, i would cut my losses and walk away. What Abhi has for Simi is not love. Remember the saying, if you love someone set them free? If they come back to you, they're yours, if not then you and s/he were never meant to be.
Until Abhi tells Simi, you are free to do as you wish, only then will he truly know if Simi loves him. It will also give Simi a chance to come to her senses. Unfortunately this is never going to happen. I have given up on seeing this on the show. Indian and NRI audiences (even posts here on the forum reflect it) keep getting upset everytime they see a Simi Abhi rift even if it is at the expense of Abhi getting berated.

I promise, a really healthy and respectful person walks away and that is a dignified approach. I really don't respect any of the characters on the show. What I see is that if you think of yourself you are a selfish person (Mr. Tarneja, Anita, Dadi, Nukul, Neetu and Manju) but if you think of others then you are a door mat but a really good person (Simi, Abhi, RS etc). I find these polar opposites very unpleasant to watch and not reflective of real life at all.
