I feel shows should not be compared to other shows aired for more than 6months to an year. Obviously older shows will have more people watching it. Also comparison cant be made with reality shows which will surely have more viewership.

That way according to me KB is already in top 5

Dunno how they calculate viewership, there are many of us watching on net only. I am sure this is not included.

I cant comment about rest of the shows in this forum, but unfortunately i have to mention I am surprised at people's choice. People still prefer to watch certain serials and soaps to look and wonder at costumes i think. Without naming i can say i am surprised at a certain soap where people sleep in sherwanis at night in spite of hitting poverty line according to storyline.

Probably people shy away from the touch of reality in KB. They may be thinking..Arre yeh to hamare ghar ya shaher mai bhi chalta hai. Isse ab tv me kyun dekhna?
