I am so with you on this one! Manju's character is very inconsistant. Initially, they did show her as somewhat of a loving mother, but in the current track, her actions are ridiculous...

Manju is not an uneducated female living in a remote village...she lives in the city...and in a time where she doesnt need to sell off her daughter for the sake of society. I fail to understand why she considers the daughter who does so much for her a burden.... and why she continuously trys to bring down Simi's confidence level...

I hope once Abhi and Simi are ready to proclaim their love for each other, Simi has the guts to stand up for what SHE wants and teach her mother a lesson

Manju is not a bad mother. She is simply caught up in the trap that other mothers end up in - a single daughter at home. Society places the value of a woman on whether she is able to find a good rishta. If she does not , then the family has to bear the burden of the gossiping women and social isolation.

i want creatives to create a concept where abhi makes simi realise that the main downfall of her life is her mother,who mentally tortured her so much,that simi stopped valuing her self & her acheivements,because her mother's constant mental abuse,made her feel so inferior, that every inch of self confidence was drenched out of her,that she started to believe there was something wrong with her & that's why no one wants her
after this realisation simi totally cuts her mother out of her life & starts to ignore her torments & does as she pleases,even by refusing to participate in her nautanki of match making,it's time for tit for tat simi sher uth aur apni chudayel maan ko dekha den ke hum bhi kissi se kam nahi,jab abhi hai sang to mujhe kis baat ka hai gham

Yeah I agree...sometimes you have to respect your parents and listen to what they say, which is what Simi has been doing til now. Her marraige to Rajiv was simply a compromise and sacrifice to protect her family. However sometimes you have to think of yourself and not let anyone bring your confidence down. And Abhi is like the angel in her life who will help her reach this self-realization 😊

Abhi has already started the process . She stood up to RB and threatened him several times, She might as well tel manju if hs eis pushed around so many times.

I understand Manju's dilemma of having an unmarried daughter at home and having to worry about the rest of her daughters future as well. It is fine for her to be concerned with marrying Simi off as that is the responsibility of a mother.
