The three-hour long Dus Ka Dum grand finale saw Pakistani comedian Shakeel and Rakhee Sawant in a face-off which was hilarious and kept the tempo going all through the first half of the game. There were times though, when one felt that Shakeel was going overboard in taking potshots at Rakhi and the lady made her annoyance obvious. Salman for once happily stood in the sidelines and let the two players steal the show. Often, he was vastly amused by the banter and was grinning all through the show. Of course, when Rakhi could take it no more, she had tears streaming down her cheeks — while one could dismiss it as a melodramatic moment — one felt that Shakeel was getting carried away by the audiences' laughter.

Sensing her discomfort, Salman quickly stepped in and asked his winners from the previous shows about their views on Rakhi. When everyone confessed that they admired Rakhi immensely, the lady broke into a smile and was happy once again. Next it was the turn of Anu Malik and Kailash Kher, which was not terribly exciting after Rakhi's histrionics but the final round featuring Lara Dutta and Rani Mukherjee was a fun affair. One wonders though, why the girls, Lara and Rani felt the need to wear cleavage revealing outfits for a family audience? They were not at a society party but a fun game show.

Anyways Rani's lost-in-woods act was a bit annoying. Unlike a more open Lara, she wanted the viewers to believe that she had no relationships and therefore could not answer a question on whether men are uncomfortable about their wive's close male buddies.
Perhaps, the actress suffers from Bollywood style temporary amnesia, where she conveniently forgot her past flings with Govinda, Abhishek Bachchan and current boyfriend Aditya Chopra. But this apart, one admired her courage for expressing her displeasure about the SRK-Salman fallout to the star on national television. Surprisingly, the scene was not edited nor did the star display any signs of annoyance. He did try to justify his anti-SRK stance by saying that one's childhood friends are most genuine because they accept you with all your flaws. That maybe true but why did it take Salman 42 years to realise this fact?
