Sallu-Priyanka patch-up-Artcl

Priyanka Chopra believes in letting bygones be bygones. The actress displayed her big-hearted side by agreeing to be part of friend-turned-foe Salman Khan's 10 Ka Dum. Along with Bobby Deol, she shot for the Sony reality show on Tuesday.

B-Town is well aware of the war between Sallu and PC. During media interactions for Saawariya, Salman had even gone to the extent of saying, "I don't know Priyanka, she is not my friend." (As reported: 'I hope OSO does well too'; HiTLIST, October 23, 2007)

Says a source, "Priyanka displayed a rare B-Town quality. Usually actors avoid sharing space with those they have problems with. But Priyanka is a thorough professional. She surprised everyone by agreeing to be on the show."

Bobby and Priyanka shot at RK Studios, Chembur, beginning at 11.30 pm on Tuesday night till 3.30 am the next morning. Adds the source, "Initially, Priyanka and Salman were a bit awkward. As the shooting progressed, both became relaxed."

It is learnt that Bobby won Rs 1 crore. It was also his first appearance on a reality show. The episode was a double promotion for Sallu-PC's God Tussi Great Ho and PC-Bobby's Chamku. Bobby and Salman danced to Jat Yamla Pagla Deewana and also spoke about Bobby's father, Dharmendra. Priyanka rendered a track from Chamku. Sallu and PC also got jiggy to God Tussi Great Ho's track.

B-Town is now buzzing with Priyanka's kind gesture towards Salman. Does that mean the duo have buried the hatchet?

The cold war began in 2006 when Salman wanted PC replaced with Katrina Kaif in a film. Then Sallu refused to work with Priyanka in London Dreams. Later, Priyanka rejected a role in Sohail Khan's Mr and Mrs Khanna.

Salman took this personally . Things reached a head during God Tussi Great Ho when Sallu refused to hold Priyanka for the romantic scenes.
