Chapter 37

Priya: (back towards book case) don't came near me (throwing books at Vicky) help! Don't you dare come near me.

Vicky tries to dodge the books. Priya thinking he is distracted by the book and tries to run passed him. Vicky grabs onto Priya stomach and throws her on a table.

Vicky: (forcing down on Priya) who will help you now?

Priya: (screaming) let go of me. Help!

As he forces himself on Priya, a hand grabs Vicky off Priya.

Priya: (getting up) Arjun!!!

Arjun punches Vicky. Vicky falls onto the table. Arjun walks to him, picks him up, and punches him again. Vicky gets up and punches Arjun. They both get into a fight. Priya tries to stop Arjun. Vicky and Arjun in complete madness keep fighting. Vicky falls to the fall and is unable to get up. Arjun walks up to him about to kick him, when Priya turns Arjun around and hugs him. After seeing this Vicky, who has a black eye and is bleeding from the nose, gets up (Arjun back is towards him) and is about to hit Arjun, but Mitesh comes in and pushes Vicky. Everyone looks at Priya and Arjun confused to what has happen.

Anurag: what the hell is going on?

Arjun: (Blood coming out from his mouth) Vicky tried to … (grasping on to Priya)

Manisha runs up to them trying to comfort her as Priya hugs Arjun. As Anurag looks at Priya, whom is not willing to let go of Arjun, Vicky tries to run, but Pritem stops him at the door.

Pritem: (grabbing his collar) where the hell are you going?

Anurag grabs him and pushes him to the wall.

Anurag: didn't I warn you not to touch her. Now you left me no chose but to beat for the dog that you are.

Anurag raise his fist about to punch Vicky. Vicky holds onto his fists.

Vicky: whatever! I could forget whatever happen here. The rumors of me trying to rape Priya, Arjun, You, Mitesh. I'm ready to forget all that. But if you or anyone lays their hand on me. I get you all kicked out, right on the spot. (grinning)

Anurag: Intan naza hai tum ko aapna papa per (Anurag grabs Vicky and leaves the classroom)

Everyone follows him. The principle is on his room reading and signing some papers. Anurag opens the door and throws Vicky on his table.

Principle: (set back) Vicky!?! (standing up, mad) what the hell is this?

Anurag: why don't you ask your son?

Principle: Vicky what is he saying. (Vicky doesn't answer as he looks on the floor) Tell me.

Anurag: yeh kyun bolega. I'll tell you. He wrote a letter to Priya making it sound like Naina wants to meet her. Then after she come to meet Naina, he could try to rap her. (the principle eyes stream with anger) You use to tell me, 'Be more like my son.' More like your son, (mad and yelling) this is what you want me to be?

Principle: (anger) lower your voice Mr. Kapoor. Don't forget this is my office and I'm still your principle. (turning to Vicky) what is he saying? is it true? (Vicky doesn't say anything) Priya, (whom has stopped crying but is still clinging on to Arjun) I would personally handed this matter. But if you want to press any charge on my son for this, I'm with you. (Vicky looks up surprised) And now would you please leave my office, I have to talk to my son alone.

Everyone leaves the office and begins to walk outside. Priya still hugging Arjun and Manisha hugging Anurag

Manisha: hey you ok? (Priya nods)

Pritem: what did he write on the letter

Priya: (wiping the tears that begin to swirl up in her eyes) He wants to meet me to get the history notes and then when I got upstairs (begins to cry).

Arjun puts his hand and tells Pritem not to ask anything. Arjun tries to make a stupid comment to bug Priya but stops as he hear Priya say,

Priya: (whispering) Thanks Arjun

Arjun: you welcome.

They begin to walk. Mitesh and Pritem look at them.

Pritem: look at them and then at us.

Mitesh: yeah we're the only ones with no girl.

Pritem: yeah (putting his head on Mitesh shoulder) hold me

Mitesh: (jumps out) get off me man.

Pritem laughs.

Everyone leaves and goes home.
