Part 7

Zoya makes the diagnosis of Shivansh, but the hope turns to disappointment.

Shivansh's phone rings. He meets Zoya and sees the report. But he laughs.

Zoya gets shocked.

Zoya: I know you are very pleasant and take things casually, but surprisingly, it doesn't make any difference. I'm sorry to say that, but your chances of survival are very slim. Regardless of whether the surgery is performed or not, your life is at stake, but you have a slightly better chance of a heart transplant, even though your system won't be able to withstand a major operation.

Shivansh: You tried your best, but if I have to live, I will live. Otherwise, I don't mind leaving the world.

Zoya: Think once more. You have just 15 days. Please drop in if you decide to go in for a major surgery.

Shivansh smiles. He leaves for shooting.

At Mannat's house, Gaura makes Munni do all the household chores.

Munni goes to Shivansh's house and waits for him to return from shooting.

Jhanvi: Why double standards? When Munni dropped the milk, you burned her hand & threw her out of the house.

Gaura: Why do you compare yourself with that lousy omen? Don't you know that you lost your husband because of her?

Gaura: No she is not! She is not my granddaughter but a burden that you and Harshwardhan adopted. He made a mistake by marrying you and began to have extra-marital affairs.

Shivansh returns with Munni.

He said, "Harshwardhan made one more mistake. He could hide his secret affairs but could not cover the outcome, which is Munni."

Gaura: This is our family matter. Who are you to interfere with?

Shivansh: You are right, but I help people who come to me. That's the reason I came. It wasn't easy for Jhanvi to accept her, yet she did that because she had a big heart. She brought her up as her child. Some women pardon their husband's mistakes, but very few women see the innocence in the eyes of that result and accept them when their mothers don't do that.

Jhanvi: You tell everyone that Harshwardhan died of a heart attack, but he committed suicide.

Gaura cries and extends her arms towards Munni.

Gaura: I'm sorry, my girl. Please forgive me.

Mannat comes there.

Mannat: Thanks a lot, Shivansh.

Shivansh: You are welcome.

He goes home.

Kalyani comes there.

Shivansh shows her the report.

Kalyani: Even Gauri's condition was the same as yours. When she can survive, why can't you?

Shivansh: Even if I survive, I may not live long.

Kalyani: How do you say that? We will see that later. Let's cross the bridge first.

Shivansh: I want to live happily as long as I live.

The next day, he goes for shooting. Mannat, Anurag, and Prerna watch the shooting.

Mannat: He fainted after shooting. Please check.

Zoya: Aditya is checking. He will get back to us.

Aditya came out and said, "Shivansh is now stable. I gave him the injection and the oxygen pump. He wants to speak to Mannat."

Mannat goes to Shivansh's ward.

Mannat: Why did you lie to me that you are married?

Shivansh: Because I never wanted to see you sad after marrying me. Yes, I love you a lot. That was why I kept irritating you so you would look at things differently.

Mannat: You had a heart problem, yet you never let anyone know.

Shivansh: I don't let anyone know about my problems. I always wanted to see you happy.

Mannat: Why do you love me so much?

Shivansh: There's no reason to love a person. I have just a few days remaining. So I advise you to move on in your life.

Mannat: You permanently solve complex problems and give up without a fight when it comes to yourself. Why don't you go for a heart transplant?

Shivansh: Even the doctor said the same thing, but she said there's no guarantee that I will live. So, I prefer to die without surgery.

Mannat: Please try for the sake of our love.

Shivansh: Fine.

Mannat dials Kalyani.

Mannat: Shivansh is in the hospital and has agreed to undergo a heart transplant.

Kalyani: Sure, I will come.

She comes to the hospital.

Kalyani met Zoya and said, "Please save my great-grandson."

Zoya: I'll try my best.

Aditya and Zoya make all preparations for surgery. They took Shivansh to the operation theater.

All Shivansh's fans prayed for his recovery.

Mannat climbs barefoot to the temple, praying for Shivansh's recovery.

The doctors completed the heart transplant, and Shivansh's body accepted the other heart.

Aditya & Zoya came out and said, "Operation is successful. Shivansh is out of danger."

Zoya: Shivansh is out of danger but has to gain consciousness, after which he will be observed for a few days.

Mannat gets the flower.

Mannat goes to the hospital.

Kalyani: Your prayers have been answered. Once he gets discharged, I will come to your house with the proposal.

Shivansh gains consciousness.

Adiya and Zoya conduct the observation.

Aditya: Zoya, we have done it. It is a great feeling to solve hopeless cases.

Zoya: Yes, but in Shivansh's case, there was a one percent chance it could be converted to 100%. Everyone, including the producers and directors, prayed for his recovery and well-being.

Shivansh was then discharged from the hospital.

Two months later, Anurag Moloy and Mohini come to Prerna's house with a marriage proposal.

Kalyani and Shivansh come to Jhanvi's house to ask for Mannat's hand in marriage.

Auurag's and Shivansh's engagement preparations happen on the same day.
