Meanwhile, Shivansh & Mannat attend the church service.

Mannat gets disheartened & is about to leave.

Mannat enters Shivansh's house.

He gets the towel & wipes her hair.

Shivansh: Sit down.

Both sit with each other on the sofa.

Mannat: I want to tell you something.

Shivansh: Yes, tell me.

Shivansh: Say fast.

Mannat gets nervous.

Suddenly, she sees Zoya's photo.

Mannat: Who is that lady?

Shivansh: She's my wife. Her name is Zoya. We got married three years back, but there was no coordination between us & one day, we had a tiff & she moved to New York.

Mannat gets shocked & broken-hearted. The tears start rolling out of her eyes.

Shivansh: Hey, everything will be fine. Zoya said she needs time to reconsider coming back & she will return.

Mannat continues to cry.

She got up & said, "I am leaving."

Kalyani & Shivani came there.

Shivansh: What about these flowers?

Mannat: It's not for you.

She gives the flowers to Shivani.

Both hug each other emotionally.

Mannat goes near the door.

Shivansh: It's raining outside.

He gave her his jacket & said, "Wear it."

Mannat: No thanks.

She goes home crying.

At Oberoi House

Kalyani: Do you love her?

Shivansh: Who? No, I don't love Mannat.

Kalyani: I didn't take her name, and I am your granny who took care of you after the demise of your parents. I know you pretty well, so you can't lie to me.

Shivansh sobs: I love her, but what can I do? I have never loved any girl and have many things to tell her, but my heart is weak. Shivansh goes in consultation with Dr. Aditya & Dr. Zoya.

Zoya: You have only three months remaining, and you need to avoid stunts that will cause exertion to your heart.

Flashback ends.
