Chapter 7

A month passed like this Aarti working with Yash, she still don't talk that much specially in office but Yash get to know about some of her liking, her fav color is yellow and she like book and cooking also she love music a lot and beach, sunset, long trips. She is very dedicated toward her work Yash admire her all the more, he spoiled her so much that now Aarti trust him just how a baby trust her mother, she know he will think only good about her.

Aarti find out that Yash is not any small wedding planner infact he is high profile guy who has connections with actors, cricketers and even with few politicians. Yash don't just organize marriage but also birthdays, anniversaries and success parties. Now she get that's why he is so rich that he has a huge villa out of India. It's won't be wrong to say that now Yash became her biggest inspiration.

Evening Aarti come to Yash cabin and hand him her first salary.

"What is this Aarti ?" Yash give her a confused look.

"You're doing so much for me so I decided to pay you back" She tell a little nervous. Yash shocked then he took a deep breath.

"Alright then you should also pay for living in my villa, do you know how much you need to pay" Yash ask. Aarti was taken a back.

"Yeah it will cost you 1 lakh per month, if you're paying for other things then why not pay rent too" Yash raised eyebrow. Aarti eyes widen hearing 1 lakh. Yash sigh and come near her seeing her small face.

"Look here Aarti" He raise her chin.

"We are friends right" He ask. She nods yes.

"Did I ever pay you when you cook my fav food ?" He asked again. She nods no cutely.

"Then why are you bringing money between us" He tell finally. She feel bad for upsetting him.

"Our relationship is not about these small things like money and ego, these things destroy people" He told.

"I'm sorry" She bend head in guilt. He cup her face.

"Don't say sorry but promise me today that you will never bring money between us" He dearly move a curl behind her ear.

"I promise" She promised.

"That's like my Aarti" Yash smiled and hugged her. Aarti smiled holding him close, she don't know what good deed she done so god blessed her with this angel. He trusted her when she lost all hopes. He accepted her the way she is even though she was herself finding it hard to accept the reality of her life. He is that guy who understand her reticent character even though he is himself a cheerful person.

Next day Aarti asked Yash to take her to mall. As they enter in shopping mall Yash asked what she want to buy but Aarti stayed silent only to drag him to men section. Yash looked her in amazement as she get busy selecting suits for him.

"Try this one" She tell giving a black and brown suit.

"But Aarti I don't need it" He looked her confused.

"I knew but I want to buy for you" She tell.

"But why, you can buy something for yourself" He remember there was a time when he used to buy her things and today she want to gift him something with her salary. The change in her really makes him happy.

"Whenever you buy something for me did I ever tell to not do ?" She made a small face.

"No baby but.." Yash don't know what to say more. She looked down with an upset face. He raise her chin.

"Ok" He agrees which make her happy. Soon he step out wearing her selected suit. Aarti come near him smiling wide. He looks so dashing.

"Are you happy now" He smiled at her innocence. She nods yes correcting his tie and shirt collar.

Next day Aarti sat in her cabin recalling how much she learned working with Yash. He is such hard working guy. Aarti made some friends in this one month including Manik who is slowly developing feelings for her.

"Aarti are you free today evening?" Manik ask as Aarti finished her lunch. She glanced at his face.

"I mean a coffee with me" He clarify with a shy smile.

"Um Manik... I have some work" She said avoiding his eyes.

"Its ok" He smiled weakly feeling hurt. Aarti too feel bad for upsetting him but she don't want to give him any hope knowing well how he would react after discovering her past. She walked out Yash saw her, Aman was talking with him out side his cabin, Yash find her dull mood. Back to their way to home Yash asked her what the reason of her off mood. She said nothing so Yash stopped car in front of an ice cream shop. He give her a cone and he get his one, soon they returned to home. After dinner Aarti was helping Yash cleaning utensils as Nimki is not here, she went to meet her parents.

"What bothering you, won't you tell me ?" Yash break the silence. Aarti washed her hands and pick towel.

"Manik want to take me out" she tell. Yash wipe his hands and turned to look her.

"But you denied" He asked. She nod yes. He come near her and hold her shoulders.

"You did wrong" He tell. She looked down at his chest.

"He really like you" He raise her chin.

"Only until he find the truth" she said. He sigh.

"What if just like I don't have any problem with your past he also truly like you" Yash try to be positive. Aarti searched his eyes he really don't have any problem with her past, she doesn't care about anyone but he really made that special place in her heart.

"All are not like you" She looked his eyes with so much admiration. Yash phone ring so he picked it and talked with Aman about next day meeting. Aarti moved out but hit her foot with a chair. She yell in pain.

"Aarti" Yash left mobile on table and rushed toward Aarti.

"What happen ?" He supported her as she is holding her feet.

"Its paining here" She moaned. Yash picked her up in arms and walked to upstairs, dropping her on bed he find little blood on her on toe so he cleaned that and applied ointment.

"Aarti I know your reason for staying away from people but let me also tell you that there are so many beautiful reasons to be happy" Yash sat there close to her legs. She looked him know he is indirectly telling her to give Manik a chance.

Next day Aarti herself asked Manik if he is free in evening which make Manik so happy. Evening Aarti informed Yash that she is going with Manik. Yash is glad that she is opening up to others even though he know she is doing on his request. That night Manik took her to near coffee shop and she really liked how sweet he was with her.

Next day is Aarti birthday, Yash postponed all his meetings and left to mall for shopping, in his way he was thinking what to shop. When he reached mall only to think of decorating her room so he get pink silk spread and yellow curtains as its Aarti favourite color and also many stuff toys even though he know she don't need them but he already imagined her bed filled with these toys.

In evening he reach to pick Aarti from office. She get confused as villa was in total darkness. Soon lights turn on, she saw all the decoration, Nimki is also there.

"Happy birthday" Yash and Nimki screams like kids. Aarti gets really happy as Yash pulled her in, she saw a small cake Yash already know that Aarti don't like cakes, infact she loves kheer more. After cake cutting Yash brought kheer for her.

"Yash bhai made it" Nimki tell. Aarti looked Yash surprised.

"With Nimki help" He tell. Aarti smiled feeling really special at this moment. They three had kheer with special dinner then Nimki left. Yash bring Aarti to her room, she stood in middle of the room as Yash switch on light, she get surprised to see her room which look so different and extremely beautiful with yellow curtains and stuff toys on her bed and not to miss there is a huge frame of her picture which she remember Yash took some days back only. Yash was waiting for her to tell if she like it.

"Did you liked it" He ask. Aarti turned around nodding yes realizing he did this all. She hugged him really touched by all his sweet efforts. Yash also wrapped hands around her back. Soon they parted away, Aarti looked him smiling.

"Good night" He smiled then turned to left. She lay on bed and turned toward window in delight hugging a sky blue teddy bear.

Five days passed Manik is now more comfortable with Aarti, they're spending a lot of time together and after office he drop Aarti to Yash home.

"Bye" Aarti smiled getting down Manik bike. He pulled her close, Aarti get nervous as his hand wrapped around her waist. He glanced at her lips.

"I love you" Manik said playing with her earring. She looked him surprised thinking how can love happen so soon, top of that he know nothing about her. He nods waiting for her to reply. When she didn't he leaned to kiss her but Aarti stop him keeping hand on his chest. He feel bad but leaves thinking she need time. Aarti restlessly enter villa looking for Yash only to find him waiting for her with their dinner which is placing on table.

"You come" He get happy and pulled her near, they both had dinner, Aarti almost forget everything about Manik.

On Sunday Aarti was watering plants in garden when Yash come from behind only to see a water pipe there. He picked it mischievously. Aarti get startled as water fall on her.

"Yash" Aarti glared him to see the pipe in his hand. Yash again moved it over her and soon she took it from his hand only to wet him just how he did. She laughed as Yash whine cutely. Yash somehow snatched it from her and they both laughed playing for sometime then Yash asked her to change. When Yash was in his room he heard Aarti sneezing.

"Aarti" He come to her room in concern only to see that she already changed her clothes and now having difficulty while wiping hairs. He picked towel and put on her head. She sneeze again.

"My baby caught cold" He cup her face over the towel. To him she is looking like an adorable bunny with white towel over her head and with her red nose.

"Only because of you" She made a cute angry face.

"Awe sorry" He quickly peck her nose then began to wipe her hair which make her smile.

Later in afternoon Yash made some popcorn and called Aarti name who is sitting on a chair there listening music in her mobile. He threw a popcorn at her way which hit her cheek, she looked around and find Yash laughing.

"Yash" She whine taking off earphones only to come near him and took some popcorn in her hand. Yash glared her as she throw them on him, soon they were playing like kids.

"Wait, why are we playing with popcorns" Yash laughed.

"Oops" Aarti giggle to see kitchen messed. Yash tell that he will clean it and Aarti began to make new popcorn. Yash took cokes then they watched some movie in his room. Soon Aarti lay down feeling sleepy, Yash switched off TV and left to study room as he has some work to finish.

Evening they had dinner then Yash thought to take her out. Aarti really enjoyed the long drive as Yash played his 90s songs collection. Till they returned Aarti was already sleepy so Yash carried her to room, she snuggle into her stuff toys as Yash dropped her on bed.

"Good night" he smiled.

"Sweet dreams" she returned his smile with same warm. He left closing door.
