Chapter 6

Morning Yash thought of talking to Aarti about joining his office.

"It will take my lot of time in interview new employee so please you join office" Yash ask her, deep down he know it's just an excuse because he really want her to step out of this house and meet new people. Aarti is surprised.

"Please" He insisted seeing her silent. She nodded still unsure. Yash notice it.

In evening Yash returned home sooner and took Aarti for shopping. In mall she get surprised as they enter suits section. Yash selected some pants, suites and asked her to also tell her choice. Aarti was little confused.

"You're joining office so these are most suitable and comfortable." Yash tell forwarding her a pair to try. Aarti stared at the clothes for some time, actually she never wore something like this before, then she agreed thinking maybe Yash is right. Soon she step out nervously as it first time she wore these kind of clothes.

"You're looking perfect" Yash smiled. She looked herself feeling good getting his compliment.

Next day Aarti Yash left to office together, Yash noticed she is nervous. He introduced her to all office staff, almost all girls are wearing short dresses or suit pant. Aarti is glad that Yash thought about her so now she is not looking out of place.

Aarti eyes was wondering around noticing its a huge office not at all like how she thought a small office with one floor. Its 6 floors office and each have it own cabinets for everyone. Yash smiled feeling proud to find Aarti lost her expressions which says clearly she is impressed. Later Yash show her a cabin, Aarti is a silent person everyone notice it but still Ishita and Vidhi became her friends.

In evening Yash Aarti returned to home and had dinner together like everyday. Aarti is really happy she sat in balcony looking stars, just can't explain how much she love her new life. She smiled leaning back on chair.

Yash get a call of his lawyer who reminded him that in three days is next hearing of court. Later Yash informed Aarti then he booked their tickets. Next day they landed in Mumbai, Radha get surprised to see Yash Aarti. Yash told her the reason which upset her that he is not here to meet her.

"Maa" Yash cutely hugged Radha which melted her heart she rub his back smiling. Aarti was looking them both admiringly. Radha asked both to take rest so Yash Aarti left to their rooms.

Next morning while having tea Radha talked with Aarti and find out that she is now working with Yash. She feel proud of her son that even though he took Aarti responsibility but only to make her independent.

Meanwhile Yash talked with his lawyer who told Yash that they arrested few more business partners and friends of Akash who were involved in this crime. Soon Yash Aarti left for court where the judge thinking of giving one more date for hearing which anger Yash that even after everything is clear, all the guys who raped Aarti are here and still the judge want to delay the case.

"Excuse me ma'am." Yash get up.

"I heard you have a daughter of Aarti age" he speak which stunned the lady judge.

"If something like this happened with your daughter would you still give another chance to those guys" Yash continue.

"Mr. Yash" that lady stood from her chair in rage.

"I'm sorry, I wish no girl ever go through what Aarti faced but why this double standard just because she is someone else daughter so she don't deserve justice" Yash apologized but still show the reality. Yash's lawyer was shock he don't know what judge gonna do now, he fear what if she put Yash behind bars. The judge calmed somewhere realized that what injustice she is doing to Aarti by delaying the case. She sat again and picked pen. Aarti was holding her breath. Soon the judge write down something unexpected. Akash punished with life time jail along with few more men.

"Congratulation Mr. Yash" Lawyer congratulate Yash getting happy. Aarti looked Yash with moist eyes. Yash come near her only to wrap a hand around her shoulder and took her out. In whole drive she was sitting silent just how she was when first he took her out of Akash farmhouse. Yash is getting worried for her. He stopped car on highway.

"Aarti" He touched her shoulder. She looked him silent tears fall from her eyes.

"Thank you so much" She joined hands shocking Yash.

"What are you doing" He hold her hand. She looked down crying, he pulled her in his arms. She began to sob clutching him.

"I had lost hope that I will ever get out of that hell, thank you for coming in my life" She cried still can't believe that her culprit got his punishment. Yash let her cry he understand how much she hold back. When she finally calmed down he give her water bottle.

Reaching home Yash told Radha, she was truly happy for Aarti.

"I'll made your favorite sweet, what you like Aarti beta ?" Radha asked.

"Gulabjamun" Yash speak which make Aarti smile that he still remember it.

"Really" Radha teasingly looked Yash. He give her a fake glare in return. Yash asked Aarti to take some rest.

Meanwhile Yash was watching some news when a breaking news appeared. 8 rapists died as police van fall from hill but the two police men are safe just got little injuries. News anchor told names of all guys one of them is Akash. Yash get shock. He rushed to Aarti room.

"Yash" Aarti open door, Yash barge in only to switch on TV where Aarti also saw that news. She looked Yash with moist eyes.

"They all died" Yash speak in happiness that court is failed to hang them but god punished them with death. Aarti nods crying she can't even express what she is feeling at this moment all those monsters die who tortured her so much for year, now she got real justice. As Aarti calmed down Yash thought to meet those police men. He took Aarti along with him. In hospital police man Sanjiv met Yash Aarti who told them that his daughter Manvi is also victim like Aarti.

"When today you showed mirror to that judge that also reminded me about my daughter" Sanjiv told remembered how he had change of heart when he was taking Akash and few other guys from court to jail. The van driver also supported him and they both did this fake accident.

"May god bless you" He put a hand on Aarti head. She smiled with her wet eyes.

"Thank you sir, me and my friend will forever remain grateful to you" Yash looked him with respect.

"Every girl deserve a friend like you" He smiled at Yash.

"Yashu where are you coming from?" Radha asked as Yash Aarti step in home. Yash told her everything what actually happened which stunned her but somewhere she is happy for Aarti.

Later Aarti helped Radha in kitchen soon everyone set on table. Radha served Aarti's fav Gulabjamun. Yash can't move eyes from Aarti as she look truly happy for the first time.

"Yash" Aarti come near him only to feed him a Gulabjamun. Radha smiled looking them.

After some time Aarti was sitting in living room with Radha and Yash. Jay called Radha soon.

"Let's go" Yash picked his car key.

"Where ?" Aarti looked him confused as he pulled her out.

"Don't you trust your friend" Yash fake being upset.

"I do" She smiled sitting in car, soon they reached beach, both stood there looking sunset, water washed over their feet.

"Your girlfriend know that you took a girl with you on beach" She speak surprising Yash.

"What? I don't have any girlfriend okay" Yash glared her.

"Liar" She looked him in disbelieve.

"You called me liar" Yash dangerously neared her. Nodding yes she took steps back.

"You" He glared her, she smiled teasingly running away.

"Aarti stop" Yash run behind her. He laughed as he was about to catch her but she slip from his hand like a naughty butterfly.

"Yash" She laughed as he finally caught her.

"Oh now where will you go" Yash grab her waist from back and spin her around in happiness. Aarti giggle as they fall, she on top of Yash. He spread his arms she turn and lay looking the dark sky resting her head on his arm. They both looked each other catching breaths with smiles on both their faces.

Staying in Mumbai for two more days Yash Aarti returned to Italy.

Next day Arpita reached Yash office only to see Aarti in her cabin. Aarti confused seeing her as to who is she.

"So Yash bring you on my place" She smirk. Aarti get that she is Yash assistant.

"Because you left your job" Yash enter turning both the girls attention on himself.

"Now you can go and if you want to meet me then get an appointment" Yash showed her door. Arpita glared him in anger and walked out without saying anything. Yash come near Aarti and asked if Arpita talked rudely with her. Arpita who was on door turned hearing him.

"I guess she is the girl for whom you rejected me" Arpita again come inside looking Aarti with hateful gaze.

"Shut up Arpita, not a word more" Yash furiously come near her.

"Security" He yell for guards who soon come running.

"Throw her out" He pointed at Arpita who get shock.

"Yash please calm down" Aarti touch his shoulder. Yash take a deep breath then looked Arpita.

"Leave" His voice was calm but his eyes has same anger. Arpita stormed out thinking to deal with them later.
