Chapter 17

 

EPISODE – 29

 

Navin and Rajveer were lying on the beach. Naina and Neetika had told them that they would join them later.

"Mujhe ab bhi yakeen nahin ho raha hai ki tum dono itne shaitaan ho sakte ho." Navin was still in a state of disbelief.

"To tujhe kisne kaha tha humein underestimate karne ko."

"Ek to maine tum dono ko zinda chod diya... Nahin actually Naina ko to main zinda chod hi deta... Tujhe maine zinda chod diya aur tu phir bhi mujhe hi attitude dikha raha hai."

Rajveer laughed.

"Hans le... Jab koi tere honeymoon ki is tarah band bajaayega... Tab poochunga! But yaar... I'll have to admit tum dono ka set-up acha tha. Sharaton mein tum dono ka dimaag kafi tez chalta hai."

 

But he didn't receive any reply from Rajveer. He turned to him only to find that he wasn't even listening. He was looking in another direction. His eyes were fixed on something or rather....  Someone and he could not take his eyes off some one. Navin's eyes followed his gaze to find... Naina.

He was staring at Naina.

 

Naina was looking stunning. He hadn't seen her before like this. She was wearing an Aqua colour bikini flaunting her perfectly curved figure. She was flaunting huge shades and a rose tattoo on her shoulder added oodles to her feminity. Her open waist length hairs were fluttering in the air which she was desperately trying to hold back. She wore an evil eye bracelet on her right wrist and an ultra thin silver anklet in her left leg.

 

"Not bad...Tu kab se sudhar gaya?" Navin asked Rajveer patting his shoulder.

"What?" He came back from his stupor.

"Tu kab se ladkiyon ko ghoorne laga? Aur tujhe ghoorne ke liye meri behen ke alawa aur koi nahin mili thi?" Navin taunted.

"Kya bakwaas kar raha hai yaar... Main to bas...." He was looking quite embarrassed and surprised on his own behavior because the fact was that he was staring at her and it was definitely not in the usual manner.

 

"Main to bas... kya?" Navin could not say anything beyond that. He had found his own reason to chuck the topic and enter the trance. Neetika had joined Naina.

 

Neetika was wearing an emerald bikini top with white shorts. Her beautiful hazel eyes were well defined and elaborated with kohl. Her well toned flat belly was adorned with a silver ring pireced right below her belly-button. An exquisite diamond ring was shining in her henna pecked hands. Her golden streaked medium length hairs were coming on her face and she hadn't taken off her traditional wedding 'Chuda'.

 

As both the ladies neared them, Navin whistled at Neetika.

"Agar pehle pata hota ki aap is avatar mein bhi kabhi nazar aayengi to Mussourie jaata hi nahin... Seedha Goa le aata!" Navin complimented Neetika not willing to take his eyes off her even for a moment.

 

 He took her hand into his and pulled her next to himself. Naina sat next to Rajveer. Navin and Neetika were busy flirting while Rajveer and Naina were sitting quietly. Rajveer was still a little embarrassed on his reactions. After a long pause Naina broke the silence between the two.

 

"Bhaiyya kab se Niti ki tareef kar rahe hain, tum mere baare mein ek choti si line nahin bol sakte."

"Niti Navin ki wife hai."

"To kya ab tumhare mooh se ek choti si tareef sunne ke liye tumse shaadi karni padegi."

"Tareef sunna chahti ho to kar lo!"

"What?"

"Haan... Ab tareef sunne ke liye itni zehmat to uthani hi pedegi."

"Okay! To jis din mera aur Alekh ka break up ho jaayega main usi din main tumse shaadi bhi kar loongi." She said coolly.

"Matlab hum dono bhi jaldi bhi shaadi karne waale hain... Congratulations... Shaadi mubarak ho!"

 

He extended his hand to her for a handshake but she hit hardly on it. She took his arm and asked him to get up.

"Ab kya hua?"

"Chalo na."

"Kahan?"

"Paani mein... Hum yahan baith ke baatein karne nahin aaye hain. Let's go."

"I am not coming... tum jao."

"Kyun yahan ruk ke kabab mein haddi ban rahe ho... UTHO!!"

 

She pulled him on his feet and dragged him near the sea. She was holding him tightly by his arms and they both stepped into the water and went a little deeper into the sea.

"Bas iske aage nahin jaana hai."

"Oh Come on Raj... Thoda aur."

"No. We are almost in waist level water."

"Cool... To main akele jaa rahi hoon." She left his arm and tried to go ahead.

"No you are not going deeper." He commanded her pulling her back by her waist.

"Mujhe jaana hai." She insisted like a stubborn child.

"We are going back." He said pulling her closer into himself. His arms wrapped tightly around her waist and she was struggling hard to free herself.

 

When he saw she is in mood to give in, he picked her up in his arms and tried to carry her back. But she kept struggling and suddenly a big wave hit them and they fell in the water. Rajveer immediately got back to his feet but he could not see Naina around.

"Naina." He called out her name and when he didn't get any reply he repeated that.

"NAINA!" His voice was louder this time.

"Chilla kyun rahe ho... yahin hoon main."

 

 

She emerged behind him from the water. She was all drenched. Her bikini was sticking to her skin and strands of wet hair covered her face. Rajveer let out a sigh of relief.

"Don't tell me tumhein laga main itne se paani mein doob jaaungi."

"Shut-up!"

 

But Naina was laughing.

"Tum army mein ho ke itna darte ho."

"Darta kaun hai. I was just concerned for u." He turned around and started walking back. Naina kept her hand on his shoulder and with a jump rode on his back wrapping her legs around his waist.

"Oh! So concerned na!" She teased him.

"Shut up warna yahin gira doonga tumhein."

She continued laughing and planted a peck on his cheek.

They had a tiring day that they spent freaking out on the beach for the entire day and hitting the the dance floor in the nearby disco in the evening.

 

Later that night after dinner, they all assembled in Navin's room having a long chat discussing their plans for the following day. Suddenly Naina's phone rang. Her eyes lit up.

"Excuse me." She left them alone and in another corner of the room took the call.

After some 10 minutes Navin, Neetika and Rajveer were taken aback with the sound of Naina's shouting on the phone. Her temper was rising and she was arguing with... Alekh!

 

Another two minutes and Naina had lost it completely.

"GO TO HELL!" She shouted on phone and threw a glass that was kept beside her on the table, down on the flooor shattering it in small pieces.

She didn't even look back at the others who were now in almost a state of shock because they have not seen Naina in this bad mood for really long. Naina rushed out of the room towards her own, wiping her tears.
