recap of part 1:-

The first part introduces Aman (Iqbaal khan) sitting on the floor in jail, completely heart broken and feeling like he lost the important battle of his life, suddenly he see the light of the day, a lawyer comes inside the jail, and tells aman that he wants to fight his case, as aman is waiting for the right justice from the court for around 5 years.... but aman tells the lawyer, that he deserve to be punished because he cheated on his wife and broke her trust, but the lawyer tells him that aman's wife sent him here to fight the case, and aman gets surprised... then he tells the lawyer, that now as his wife forgave him, he is again ready to challenge the decision of the court... when the lawyer goes out of the jail and sits in the car, he says a women sitting beside him "that the work is done" now who is the lady sitting beside the lawyer in the car.. lets see now


Part 2 begins:-


Same scene

The lady sitting beside the lawyer in the car is Jaya (divyanka tripathi)... Aman's wife.....

J:- did u talked to him sir?? (she asks with tears in her eyes, and the lawyer looks at her with sympathy and then he smiles and say), Law:- yes..., but Jaya can i ask u one thing... which even aman asked me in the jail when i met him, as aman ditched you... you are still helping him to come out of the jail... why ???, J:- sir... when i married him, i promised him in front of the holy fire, that i will be always there with him, in his good as well as his bad times.. he broke the promise, but the letters he wrote me, in this 5 years, again made me reconsider my decision to leave him... sir, i want to give him a second chance.. i know my husband... he can threaten someone, he can fight with people.. but MURDER.... no he can't do that... i trust him.. L:- jaya... i will try my level best to take him out of the jail.... i will try to give him the justice of what he deserve. (and then jaya smiles)....


scene shifts..... next day... it's 10 am aman was sitting in the jail... and again he see the lawyer comes..

Law:- SO, how r u today???, A:- i'm alive.... how is jaya???, L:- she is good... (and then aman also smiles a bit, and remembers the past, when jaya and aman were living their life happily, and then the lawyer calls him... so aman comes out of the flashback to the present) L:- what happen??, A:- nothing much, i was thinking about her(jaya).. L:- i know aman, u love her a lot... NOW.. listen to me very carefully, today u have to tell me everything...from where this crap began and about how u landed up in this trouble.... what happened... i mean to say, everything... A:- sure.....

[ frnds from here the story will go in the flashback.....]

now aman starts telling the story, and the lawyer is listening to him...

My journey began from darjeeling 13 years ago... i wanted to be a fashion photographer, but my father was against this...

in the flashback now

scene goes to aman's father in the morning of darjeeling, is getting ready to go to the shop.... his two sisters are ready to leave for college, but AMAN... the most dearer son of his mother... is still sleeping and his father is getting angry, by each passing second..... then his father himself goes to aman's room, and pull out the blanket, and then aman gets up suddenly.... his father taunts him and says him

"Aman's father" :- good morning, my dear son..... (and aman says to himself) A:- ohh god, lets get ready for one more lecture, father:- did u say something, my little prince.... A:- no dad.... Father:- may i know, for how many years i have to feed you... u get up late in the morning, u don't want to help me in the shop.... then may i know that what u want to do in life... (aman thinks....) i think this old man has compleltly losted, ohh god, please can someone tell him, that he is getting late to go in his shop.. (and thn aman's mother comes, and she argues with her husband) Aman's mother:- WHAT HAPPENED... i don't understand... why u are always after my son... Aman's father:- SUDHA.. u don't understand.... ur son is spoiled... he is having no idea.. that what he wants to do in his life... look at this idiot, he is sleeping till 10:00 am in the morning... mother:- and i think, if u shout at him... he is never going to understand about his life either,,, Aman's father:- i don't know.... do what u both think is right.. i am out of this.... spoil your son... (and then aman's father leaves for the shop in anger... )

and for a while scene again shifts to the lawyer and aman sitting in the jail, when aman smiles and tells about the fights and arguments which was regular at his hometown in darjeeling 13 years b4....
