Chapter 44

             As soon as the morning came everyone awakes in both the Khanna House and Sharma House. In the Khanna House, Angad, Anjali, and Neev are sitting in the dining room finishing their breakfast as their Naina and Dilip discuss wedding details, since it happens to be the following day itself. Angad gets a phone call from Josh and answers, "Hey what's up buddy? Kya ho raha hai?" Josh asks, "Angad you know what today is right?" Angad responds matter-of-factly, "Duh! Its Friday!" Josh rolls his eyes saying, "NO!! today is your FINAL day of freedom, your last breath of free air, your last night as a bachelour, your…" Angad interrupts, "Okay I get it Josh, so what's that plan for tonight?" Josh replies enthusiastically, "it's PARTY TIME!!!" Angad nearly chokes, "What? Party? Josh are you crazy what if the girls find out?" Josh replies dully, "Are you that threatened, come on man I'm sure they will be partying tonight too! Besides you know me better than that, do I ever take no for an answer when it comes to parties…thought so! Now we are leaving at 7 so be ready and oh tell Neev the plan! Prem is telling Kavya now! Anyways I gotta bounce, bye bro!" Angad quickly asks, "Wait Josh where are we going? … hello… HELLO?" Angad sighs and shuts his phone making his way back to Neev to tell him the plan for tonight.

             Meanwhile at the Sharma House, Kripa gets a similar phone call from Aaliya. Kripa answers, "Hey Aali what's up?" Aaliya replies, "Listen we are going to a club tonight!" Kripa asks now slightly whispering, "We who?" Aaliya says, "The girls of course; Me, you, Anjali, Prachi, and Mukti! It will be so much fun" Kripa asks, "Hmm okay I guess, did you talk to Anjali?" Aaliya replies, "Mukti is talking to her right now and you fill in Prachi, then I will come pick you guys up in a couple hours so bring all your clothes and stuff with you cuz I'm sure your parents won't let you go to a club a day before your wedding, which probably explains why you're whispering!" Kripa laughs, "Oh Aali you know us well! Listen I'll tell Prachi and get ready, see ya in a few!" Kripa hangs up and grins thinking, "Club huh… sounds like fun!"

Kripa heads to Prachi's room and sees Prachi is just staring at her mehendi. Kripa sneaks up behind and screams, "Bahut ghera rang hai na?" Prachi panics and realizes it's only her twin. Kripa hugs her sister and shows her own hands to Prachi stating, "Mine too! Bahut ghera rang hai! Lagta hai duno humse bahut pyaar karte hai!" Prachi nods her head shyly while Kripa jumps on her bed saying, "Aacha suno we are going to a club tonight!" Prachi looks shocked, "We can't go! Our wedding is tomorrow!" Kripa sighs and says, "Prachi it's out last day before we get married, don't you want to just enjoy it?" Prachi starts to contemplate, "Well I guess…" Kripa screams in delight, "Great then it's settled umm by the way I'm choosing your outfit!" Prachi races to her wardrobe and says, "No way! You're gonna pick something horrible!" Kripa acts all offended saying, "Are you kidding, I'm gonna pick something that makes you look mindblowing, so move" Prachi obeys her sister while Kripa laughs at her cute defeated expressions. Kripa says on a more serious note, "Prachi I'm so glad we are marrying into the same family! I don't know what I would do without my twin!" Prachi hugs Kripa replying softly, "Me too!"

So by now, all the convincing has been completed and the guys and girls are all psyched to go on their little outings. The girls are all at Aaliya's house getting ready. Kripa wears a sleek black dress making her look very alluring. Anjali wears a red dress enhancing her delicate curves. Prachi wears a white and black dress with black roses printed on the fabric with black knee high boots making her look sensational. Mukti wears a blue dress with black laces making her look drop dead gorgeous. Last, but not least Aaliya wears a satin emerald green dress which makes her look phenomenal.

The guys all leave from the Khanna House, mainly since Naina and Dilip are at the Sharma House talking over details about the wedding tomorrow. Angad wears ripped jeans with a black transperant button down shirt. Kavya wears a red silky shirt with black ripped jeans. Neev wears ripped blue jeans and a white and black pinstripe shirt. Prem wears a blue silky shirt with black jeans. Josh wears a green transperant shirt with ripped jeans. The guys all look incredibly smoking HOT!

The guys and girls leave for the club, oblivious to the fact that both groups are heading towards the SAME club. Lucky for them huh? Well the guys arrive first and make their way towards the bar. The guys get a little wasted and just then a group of girls from their college crowd around Angad requesting him to sing a song. Angad gives the girls a dashing smile and replies, "Who am I to say no to such gorgeous girls?" and Angad heads towards the stage. The girls hop on stage as Angad sits on a stool in the middle with a guitar in hand as he sings Kya Mujhe Pyaar Hai from Who Lamhe.

Angad plays the guitar with a breezy expression on his face.
The tipsy girls start swaying and singing in the background. He starts to
sing in his deep husky voice, slightly drunk, and recalls his lady love as he
sings about his anxious behavior over the past few days.

Angad closes his eyes and all he sees is his Krips in front of him. He
feels she is moving around him, as if he can feel her lips on him and he
can't help, but blush at this. A smile begins to play upon his lips as he
sings to the audience who is going wild hearing his incredible voice and
seeing him wink at a bunch of girls. The girls start to crowd around Angad once again, draping their arms onto his muscular arms and
godly chest.

Angad moves the girls away from him as he realizes they are not his Krips
and continues to sing. Angad closes his eyes to once again envisioning
his Krips somewhere around him, caressing him, kissing him, and loving him. Angad starts to think about how tomorrow Krips will be his in
every way shape and form, his Krips for eternity.

Kavya thinks about his own Anju as Angad sings on stage. Kavya closes
his eyes and Anjali appears before him. He can't seem to contain his own excitement about tomorrow, when they will become one…forever.
For now all Kavya can seem to do is dream, it's like Anjali has awaken
all his desires within him, leaving Kavya restless even now.

Kavya silently sings to himself, knowing he is in fact truly, madly, and deeply in love with Anjali. This seems to explain his unsettled behavior;
love does strange things to people.

Kavya feels so impatient, he can't seem to enjoy himself even now
because Anjali's memories are flooding his mind and heart. He can't seem to think of anything else. He closes his eyes and drinks more
alcohol to calm his nerves enough to last the night without going
insane.

Neev can't seems to find himself lost in Angad's song as well. He
remembers how these past few days have been the hardest for him. He
would find himself in daydreams about Prachi, night or day, it didn't
matter. Neev remembers Prachi's beautiful brown eyes and all he wants
to do is to stare into them forever, losing himself in them forever. Prachi
is his whole world and she is just a day away.

Josh and Prem notice Neev is lost in his thoughts so they shove a drink
down Neev's mouth trying to make him remember that tonight is his last day of freedom, but all Neev can think of is Prachi. And just like that, the girls enter the club as Angad finishes up the song.

The audience breaks into a round of applause for Angad since he gave such a heartfelt performance. The girls stand inside the club not knowing why everyone seems to be clapping. Angad on the other hands gets approached by a man from the Soul Music Company. He introduces himself, "Hi Angad, that was a fantastic performance, my name is Karan Mehra and I'm from the Soul Music Company. You have a natural talent in singing and we are actually looking for new talent for our next album so if you are ever interested please give us a call. Here is my card…" Angad replies shocked, "Umm thanks, but I'm not aspiring to be a singer, although if I ever change my mind I will let you know Mr. Mehra!" Karan replies, "Sure of course and do enjoy your evening!" Angad stands there looking at the business card as his friends walk towards him with questioning looks. Angad brushes it aside and says, "Come on guys, LET'S PARTY!!" The guys start dancing in the middle of the crowded dance floor with anyone and everyone.

             The girls head towards the bar to get some refreshments and start chatting amongst themselves. A man comes towards Kripa asking, "Hi, I'm Nishant… can I have a dance with a beautiful girl like yourself?" Kripa is about to politely refuse when she catches sight of Angad dancing really close to some random girl. Kripa is about to storm over there to smack Angad senseless, when she sees her own brother, Kavya dancing with someone other than Anjali. Then she sees Neev, Prem, and Josh doing the same as well. Krips fumes, then turning to Anjali she points in the direction of the guys. Anjali, Prachi, Mukti, and Aaliya watch their boyfriends openly flirting with some girls and become furious. The guy that asked Kripa for a dance is still waiting for her response. Kripa knocks down some liquor and grabs the guy onto the dance floor out of jealousy and rage. Kripa's eyes are burning with anger as she watches the guys. Anjali, Mukti, Aaliya, and even Prachi chug down a shot and grab random guys onto the dance floor. Anjali grabs some guy named Yug, Mukti grabs some guy named Karthik, Aaliya grabs some guy named Shabbir, and Prachi grabs some guy named Varun.

             As soon as Kripa hits the dance floor she grabs a microphone from the DJ and starts singing to Woh Ajnabee from The Train.

Kripa looks straight at Angad as she sings. Kripa starts dancing really

closely to the guy. Just then Angad notices Kripa is on the dance floor

and gets really happy to see her. Then he notices the anger and frustration

 in her eyes and he gets scared to even approach her. He doesn't understand

 why she is so upset with him. Then it hits him and he shoves the girl off himself.

He notices Kripa's dancing with some guy out of anger and smirks to himself.

Angad starts dancing while pointing at Kripa. Kripa look away in anger as

Angad starts coming closer. Angad laughs at Kripa's stubbornness. The other

 guys realize that Angad is singing to Kripa and panic because they know

that their girlfriends must also be in the premises as well.

Angad tries to convince Kripa that he only has eyes for her. Kripa gives him

an evil glare as Angad smirks thinking, "She's so jealous! God I love her!" 

Angad sees the guy is touching Kripa and Angad just slowly walks up to

Kripa and snatches her away from the guy's grasp and pulls her into him,

both colliding with each other. Angad starts to dance with Kripa closely,

while Kripa refuses to dance and just shoots out death glares at Angad…

that is until Angad softly whispers, "I'm sorry Krips!" Kripa finds herself caving

into Angad's one touch and one whisper. Kripa turns and hugs Angad

momentarily.

Kripa sings while breaking away from Angad's embrace and looking

into his eyes passionately and longingly. Now similar scenes occured

between the other couples however the girls can't stay mad at their loves

forever, now can they? Kripa sings and dances really closely to Angad as his

hands travel up and down her body. Kripa starts pulling Angad's head to

brush her lips against his and snuggle into his body. Angad just feels complete

 bliss as he whispers, "I love you Krips!" Kripa whispers, "Me too!"

Anjali sings while yanking at Kavya's head violently as he screams in pain.

Kavya yells, "Owww Anjali!! Baby I'm sorry!!" Anjali rolls her eyes and laughs

at Kavya's yelps of pain. She just buries herself in his arms and begins

threatening him. Anjali whispers seductively, "Kavya if you EVER, and I mean

EVER touch another girl that's not me then I will surely castrate you!!" Kavya

gulps not even wanting to think about how painful that would be and he just

nods like an obedient child scared out of his mind.

Prachi sings and looks into Neev's eyes lovingly as he reassures her that

she is the only one for him. Neev whispers, "Prachi I didn't even know her

I swear!!" Prachi begins to slap him senseless yelling, "You idiot!! Why

do you keep reminding me about her!! You stupid COW!!" Neev frowns

and then laughs at her cute yet violent nature and pulls her into a hug.

Mukti sings and dances with Prem, but refuses to look into his eyes. Prem

gently turns her face to look into his eyes and she sees only love for

herself. Mukti launches herself into his arms and gently sways to the music.

Aaliya sings while trying to paste a fake smile on her face. Josh keeps

trying to apologize and says, "Aali I know your mad!! If you want to hit

me go ahead!" Aaliya launches a fist into his gut making him bend over

 in pain moaning, "Whoa spoke too soon!!" Aaliya laughs as Josh tries

 to get up and tickles her in the process.

The guys sing together and start dancing closer to their girls in pure

happiness. The guys start twirling them closer, any chance they get.

love and passion the girls feel within.

Angad looks at Kripa with wild passion. He pulls her into a heart

warming kiss, which leaves Krips speechless and tongue tied.

Kavya pulls Anjali closer and drags his lips up her neck as he stares at

Neev and Prachi sway in the music feeling each others heart pounding

 against the other as Neev whispers sweet nothings in her ear.

Prem caresses Mukti's stomach as he whispers something in Mukti's ear.

He drags Mukti to the bar, grabs a bottle and leaves the club.

Josh and Aaliya are having way too much fun with the alcohol. They

overhear Prem and Mukti and decide to follow them blindly.

Josh and Aaliya start running out the door merrily right after Prem and Mukti.

The other three couples seem to be in their own dream lands and don't seem to care about what Josh, Aaliya, Prem, and Mukti are up to. Soon Angad, Kavya, and Neev decide to take the girls home hoping they all don't have massive hangovers for tomorrow. And so concludes the bachelor and bachelorette party which somehow collided into one. So much for spending time apart right?
