Chapter 39

             The following week happens to be rather hectic for all the college kids because there are final examinations. The whole gang spends hours together trying to study the materials for their classes. They regularly take long breaks, but study thrice as long. It is now the last day of examination, not the mention the last day of school as well. The whole gang only has one final this Friday morning, which happens to be their last final. Their graduation ceremony is to be held the following day, on Saturday. They have studied as much as they possibly can so no regrets there and now it's basically up fate. They go into the classroom one by one praying that they pass all their tests and are able to graduate.

             As soon as the bell for their final exam sounds off, the students get up and cheer loudly, "YAYYYYYYY!!" In fact this is all that is heard for one minute straight throughout most of the college campus. It is quite an electrifying feeling, to just scream and let out all the excitement of graduating as they walk through the exit doors. It's the end of a new beginning.

             The whole gang decides to congregate outside in the parking lot by their cars to decide what the plan would be to celebrate. One thing is for sure, they need to just have some fun, some REAL fun after all that studying. Neev gets an idea as he exclaims, "I HAVE THE PERFECT PLACE IN MIND!!!" Everyone looks towards Neev rather skeptical of his ideas. Angad replies in a bored tone, "What?" The other's role their eyes, dismissing Neev's suggestion before even hearing it. Neev ignores this and yells, "AMUSEMENT PARK!!" The others are genuinely shocked that Neev actually came up with a pretty good plan. Kavya asks the gang, "Guy you up for it?" Everyone yells, "HELL YEA!!!" They all jump in their cars and head towards the amusement park, which happens to be an hour long drive.

             All the couples go in different cars giving themselves some well deserved alone time after all that studying. The romantic atmosphere seems to make the time fly by so fast that they reach there in no time, well according to the couples anyways. They are extremely happy that it's actually open and there is barely anyone there, which is to their advantage.

             As soon as they enter the theme park, Angad says, "I want to go on the Raging Bull" Kripa yells, "Wait which one is that?" Angad points to the highest rollercoaster in the park, while the others look back shocked and gulp down pretty scared. Kripa jumps onto Angad's back yelling, "YEA!! LET'S GO" Angad runs towards the direction hoping he doesn't break his back before the ride even starts. When they finally get on the ride, Kripa and Angad seem pretty excited. They were always the most fearless of the group. It was because they know they always have each other for support. Before the ride even starts Kripa grabs Angad's face and kisses him hard on his lips. Her actions even surprised Angad because it is so out of the blue and completely random. Then again Kripa is a random girl considering how she expressed her love. That's what he seems to love about her, her spontaneity, she is definitely a unique individual, but then again so is he. Angad reciprocated the kiss with even more passion and longing that they don't even seem to notice when the ride starts. That is until Kripa starts screaming in Angad's mouth. It totally scares the crap out of him, another spontaneous act by the one and only Kripa Sharma. Considering the ride is still in motion, Angad yells, "I think I'm gonna be deaf!" Kripa shouts back, "What did you say?" Angad screams, "I THINK I'M GONNA BE…oh forget it!" Seems like he isn't the only one that would be deaf, Kripa is already deaf. As soon as the ride comes to an end Kripa hops off, while Angad's ears are still ringing, from her shouting in his mouth…seriously who does that…apparently Kripa does that's who! Kripa yells, "That was awesome, lets ride another!" Angad says, "Okay, BUT DON'T KISS ME NEXT TIME!!" Kripa looks at him shocked thinking, "Okayyyy wierdoooo…". She shrugs her shoulders and walks off with Angad trailing behind still trying to decipher if he can still hear.

Kavya is having a hard time trying to convince Anjali to even go on a rollercoaster. Kavya begs, "Anju please, come on…you know you want too…yes you do…yes you do…" Anjali looks at him weirdly as he tries to pinch her cheeks. She moves back saying, "what are you doing? I'm NOT a baby! Quit trying to pinch my cheek!" Kavya snaps out of it saying, "Sorry wrong tactic! Come on Anju, I'll give you a kiss!" Anjali laughs, "Umm honey, that only works when I say it!" Kavya realizes, "Oh yea…" Anjali says, "I guess I will come…" Kavya asks, "What? Why the sudden change!" Anjali comes closer and whispers, "Well it is my sweetie's birthday, it's the least I can do!" Kavya picks up Anjali and twirls her, "You remembered!!!" Anjali nods and replies, "There is a cake at home with your name on it…literally!" Kavya grins and picks up Anjali in his arms walking to a ride, where it won't be difficult to make out. As soon as they get on the ride, Anjali grabs hold of Kavya and buries her face in her chest. Anjali can feel the smooth rhythms of Kavya's heart, which seems to calm her down. She enjoys the closeness and his warmth. She can sit ion the ride all day, if she is able to hold him. She knows in these muscular arms she will be safe from everything…including roller coasters! Kavya whispers sweet lovey dovey comments in her ear, making her blush and pay attention to him rather than the scary ride. Anjali rides on so many roller coasters that eventually she starts throwing up her whole breakfast. Kavya holds her hair, like any stand up guy and then comments, "You're not pregnant are you?" Anjali smacks him hard yelling, "EWWW! HELL NO YOU MORON! How the heck is that suppose to happen when we haven't… haven't…" Kavya looks at Anjali with naughty eyes and asks innocently, "Haven't what?" Anjali blushes, "Shut up Kavya! You just say anything don't you!" Anjali walks off to get herself fixed up and then towards another rollercoaster, while Kavya smirks to himself.

Prachi is bluntly refusing to go on roller coasters like Anjali, but Neev won't take NO for an answer. Neev plays the trust card on her asking her, "Prachi do you trust me?" Prachi slowly replies, "YES… BUT I'M NOT STEPPING FOOT ON THAT ROLLER COASTER! NO WAY JOSE" Neev laughs saying, "Jaan you need to learn new slang! No way Jose… your so lame hahahaha!" Prachi turns around and stomps her foot as if giving her final verdict. Neev fakes as if he is angry and leaves, fully knowing Prachi will follow behind him since she hates being left alone. He has a smile on his face as he hears her footsteps approaching him. Prachi mutters behind him, "GOD NEEV!! I hate you…" Neev turns and smiles giving her an innocent look while asking, "Kuch kaha tumne jaanu!!" Prachi walks behind cursing her horrible choice in picking a life partner, while Neev just continues to smile wider hearing her complain because it is like music to his ears. As soon as they get on the ride, Prachi starts praying they won't die and starts babbling random things. She keeps telling Neev, "If I don't make it, tell Mom, Dad, Kripa, and Kavya that I love them! Tell yourself I hate you for making me come here…NO I DON'T HATE YOU NEEV! I'm sorry I take it back I LOVE YOU!" Prachi now begins wailing, "I DON'T WANT TO DIE NEEV!!" She grabs hold of him as she cries. People are looking at Prachi like she is some type of lunatic. Neev just gives Prachi a big hug to calm her down, while they sit in the ride, but it has not even begun yet. Well after the sobbing is under control, Neev asks, "You want you leave?" Prachi looks into Neev's eyes and asks, "Do you want to leave?" Neev replies truthfully, "No" Prachi then just puts on a brave face and says, "Then I'll stay!" Neev feels really proud of Prachi because she would always say that she is going to leave, but this time around she trusted her love with her life, fully knowing he would protect her always! By the time the ride ends Prachi is just really giddy because she has never experienced that type of thrill and exhilarating feeling before, it is actually quite freeing. She links hands with Neev and walks off to wherever her love would take her. 

              So basically they have a fun filled day to celebrate the last day of college and the last day of finals. The year flew by so fast, but they made many precious memories in return. The few moments of separation, only made their relationships stronger.
