The rest of the night, they all had dinner together; kripa kept her distance from Angad, there was a weird awkwardness between them. Kripa played around with her food, her mind was still thinking about the incident that happened a few hours ago, she looked up to see angad staring at her, she looked back down, feeling butterflies in her stomach, she didn't like the way he was looking at her. Angad moved his gazing shaking his head, when his phone rang.

a- hello, oh hey mishti, kripa made a face when she heard her name she didn't know why but it happened, A- umm okay I might be late yeh okay, cya. P- what did she want, A- oh I'm meeting her at the club ,p- how about we all come , he said eager to see mishti, N- yeh I'll sow prachi around, p- but I haven't been to a club before and I don't know, N- don't worry I'll be there, he said placing his hand on top of hers, making her blush, P- okay but only if kripa is coming, K- uh no prachi you go I'll stay plus my engagement is tomorrow she said eyeing angad , it was like she was giving him a sign to do something while he looked down. P- no then I won't go, N- ohhhhhhhhh please kripa beg you, pleaseeeeeeeeee come for me, he said wanting prachi to come with him badly.

Kripa had no choice and helplessly said, K- okay. They all finished dinner and went in one car squeezing in. Soon they arrived at the club, it was loud , kripa regretted coming, she was too tired , and she had a big day, as they walked in mishti ran towards angad hugging him wearing a min white skirt and brown halter top, prachi gave a glance to kripa, while she just shrug her shoulders. M- aww I'm so glad you're here, then she saw the rest, M- oh hey guys, when she looked at kripa and prachi, looking at them both up and down, when neeve took prachi to the dance floor. Mishti bent over and whispered something into Angad's ear, causing him to smirk and laugh, unfortunately kripa had heard was hurt, mishti was making fun of her and prachi's dress sense at the club, they were both wearing Indian.


Mishti took angad to the dance floor to dance while Prithivi looked at them both hurt, kripa felt bad, why couldn't he just move on, he deserved someone better, and that person was aaliya. Kripa looked at angad holding mishti close, they were laughing and enjoying themselves. Kripa didn't' want to stay and told Prithivi she didn't feel to well and left. Angad on the other hand noticed her leaving the club and went after her, leaving an annoyed mishti until Prithivi came up and asked for a dance mishti had no choice and agreed.

A- kripa , he yelled , kripa turned around and stopped, A- where are you going, K- uh home, bye and she was going to turn around , A-um I'll drop you, K- NO, I'll get a cab, A- but it's late, and it's pretty busy at this time to get a cab, K- oh then um I'll call jay, A- no why are you going to disturb him for no reason, K- I don't think he'll be disturbed picking up his wife to be , angad unknowingly clenched his fist, A- fine I was only being nice, K- well don't bother and she walked luckily for he she had got into a cab and reached home fifteen minutes later.

The next morning, the last minute preparations were going around from the food, to last minute decorations. It was around 6pm and the engagement was starting around 6:30pm, everyone was already at the hall, except for kripa, prachi and Prithivi who was their driver. Kripa was still getting ready.


Her hair was up with curl coming down, she was wearing this , she had matching bangles and jewelry, she wore high silver shoes, she had applied make up and she was done. She got up and looked around. P- omg kripaaaaa, ahhh you look so pretty, kripa couldn't help but blush, P- come we have to go or else we will be late.

They arrived at the hall at no time, prachi walked in with neeve however kripa stayed outside, waiting for jay, as they would both be introduced into the hall. A few minutes later a handsome jay arrived wearing a matching sherwani, kripa couldn't help blush, she did have to admit he did look cute. J- hey sweety he said kissing her on her cheek , wrong time did angad walk out looking dashing in a black sherwani, he had come out to have a quick smoke, he looked tensed, kripa moved back from jay awkwardly when she could feel Angad's eyes caressing her from head to toe, angad on the other hand couldn't help but stare at the beautiful sight, he had an urge to pull her towards him and kiss her, wait angad no he said shaking his head inhaling a smoke, jay just said wassup and walked in, kripa looked at angad who instead was looking ahead and she followed when her dupatta got stuck on his clothing , kripa turned , her eyes meeting with his, they , she looked down to her dupatta to snatch it off, when their hands touched , kripa was about to move her hand away when angad , held her hand tight pulling her to the wall, he leaned over her and kissed her softly on the corner of her lips and let her go walking back in. kripa composed herself, god they were both so confused.

Kripa walked in her hand in jay's she looked around smiling as everyone was standing up clapping, her gaze stopped at angad who was looking at her from the back leaning on a wall, kripa instantly moved her gaze away. They both sat themselves at the table. And in no time, the engagement ceremony was taking place. Jay smiling took her hand and slipped the ring http://www.orcjewelry.com/image/18595566.jpg on her finger. kripa looked down at her ring when she was handed jay's ring, she took the box and opened it up, when she picked the ring up she noticed the burn mark on her writs immediately reminding her angad , she shook her head not wanting to think of him right now , she looked up when she jumped, angad stood in front of her, grinning , she just stood there , when jay clicked his fingers in front of her , she shook her head and said sorry, she looked at angad who was too buys chatting up some girl, kripa felt something hit her hard inside and took jay's hand and slid the ring on.

Everyone clapped , angad looked up to see jay hugging kripa, he felt his blood boil, why didn't he like to see her around him , why oh why, he thought to himself.


The lights were dimmed and the newly engaged couple went on to the floor opening the dance floor up,

Kripa had no choice she didn't want to make a scene for no reason, when kripa was getting comfortable with her hand in his, jay came and took her away, but for some reason the two, just kept staring at each other. Angad walked out, while kripa followed him she didn't know why.

Angad went out sitting on his car, he took a cigarette , and began to smoke, when he hear the noise of bangles and payals behind him, he smirked and continued to smoke, A- what do you want kripa, kripa stunned, how did he know it was her, she came in front of him, A- what , K- um I was just , A- what , come on I don't have all day he said inhaling , Kripa started to cough, when she decided to grab the cigarette from his mouth brushing her fingers against his lips, angad grabbed her hands and brought her closer kissing her fingers , A- it's so strange no, K- what are you talking about , she said nervously feeling his breath on her neck, A- no that there's some kind of feeling between us he said grinning, K- please no way , never, A- oh really then answer this one question, it's your engagement , what are you doing out here, why did you come after me huh, K- just be quiet , your pathetic, I don't have to answer you, A- why scared you don't have an swear, kripa ignored him and was about to leave, when he grabbed her writs, A- I want an answer, come on, kripa was about to reply when she heard jay's voice , J- kripa, kripa looked at angad who was smirking at her, he got off his car and left her.
