Angad left the bathroom, and went out on to the dance floor trying to not think about kripa, dancing with random girls. Angad partied till one in the morning; he went home and knocked out complete on his bed. The next day in the Sharma house, they were preparing for the engagement which was only fours days away; everyone was excited, except for kripa. Kripa's mum took the help of naina in getting the hall booked with the decorations as well as the Sharma's had taken the job to do the engagement their way while the kapoor's would do the wedding. Kripa came down wearing this, she was about to leave when her mum called her , Km- kripa go post these invitations out, Kripa just smiled and nodded her head and left, she looked at all the invitation when she reached one that said the "khannas" , she felt her heart beat rapidly .

She went to the post office and posted the invitations except for the khanna's , she took a cab to the khanna's from the post office, quite nervous, she didn't know why but she just had a odd feeling in her stomach. A few minutes she arrived in front of the gates, she paid the taxi driver and got out, she walked up to the door, and pressed the door bell, she waited but no one answered , she turned around to leave when she heard the door open .

"what", she stopped in her tracks it was him, she turned around, feeling butterflies in her stomach as she saw a sleepy angad. Angad on the other hand straightened him self up and folded his arms, since he didn't have his shirt, kripa looked away. She put her hand out and gave him the envelope , angad just snatched it from her and closed the door on her face. "well that went well" she said to herself, though she was hurt inside. And she left.
Angad on the other hand threw the envelope on the table and went back into his room to freshen up.

That night aaliya and Prithivi an neeve , had all organized a congrats party in a club, though they were quite surprised and shocked at first, while neeve was quite worried for Angad, who just told him to forget about it, why should he care and blah blah. Kripa at first didn't want to go but then, her parents forced her to go but told her to be back at 11. kripa got ready wearing this, her hair was in soft curls, she wore eyeliner , lips gloss, blush and mascara. Around 7 , jay came and picked her up.

J- you look beautiful , K- thanks, she said with a faint smile and they both left. The ride was quiet and awkward , jay decided to keep shut , while kripa just thought about her life.
They arrived fifteen minutes later. They walked In together to see aaliya, anjali, neeve, Prithivi and mishti , she wondered where angad was , but walked over to be greeted and congratulated, she just smiled like it was the best day of her life, more like the opposite. When she heard mishti screaming "angad" and she walked over, kripa turned around and saw mishti and angad who were walking over to them.

A- congrats jay and kripa, J- thanks, kripa just ignored him and continued to talk to the girls except for mishti. Angad grabbed mishti few minute later on and went to the dance floor to dance

Kripa looked over stealing glances of Angad dancing with her, she couldn't help herself it was like her eyes were against her brain that was saying "don't look at him". "why should I care if he is dancing with her she said to herself, "his life, he can do what he wants, I have my own to worry about she said to herself when she saw a hand in front , she looked up and found a smiling jay, kripa placed her hand in his and walked next to Angad and mishti.

Angad stole glances of kripa , while kripa did the same, jay let kripa go , when his phone rang, kripa on the other hand walked off the dance floor while angad watched her. Jay came a few minutes later , saying he had to leave for some important reason with anjali , kripa said she'll come but jay told her to enjoy with aaliya and Prithivi and all and told Prithivi to drop her home before 11 which he agreed to. J- okay bye , and he bent down giving a kiss to Kripa's cheek, J- love you he whispered, and he moved away , kripa stood still there touching her cheek, she turned to the side and saw angad staring at her , she moved her gaze away turning her back.

They stayed there a little long enjoying themselves while kripa pretended to by talking to aaliya until she left around 9:30, around 10, they all decided to call it a night, Prithivi was going to drop kripa as he was told when Angad suggested to him, since his house was closer it would be easier, Prithivi agreed and with his luck got to drop of mishti, neeve as usual went back in his own car.

Kripa didn't bother to say or argue; she just sat inside the car and waited for angad. Angad got in the car a few minutes later after he said goodbye to neeve. He started the car and took off. The car ride was silent , angad decided to turn the radio on , which was playing some random song, kripa who liked the song was going to turn the volume up when her hand collided with Angad's who was going to change the channel.

They both looked at each other for a few seconds with their hands in the same place, when kripa removes her hand turning her face away. Kripa looked out the window while angad looked straight ahead until they arrived at her house. Kripa turned to angad and said a soft thanks, while Angad didn't bother to look or say anything, kripa got out and closed the door.

She tried to make her first step, but was being held back by her dupatta , she turned to see her dupatta was stuck inside the door, she opened the door took release her dupatta, when her hands met with Angad's again , who was giving her dupatta back, they both looked up at each other when angad broke it this time , kripa became nervous and collected her dupatta , moving quickly she banged her head on the car when she was coming out,

" ahhh", she said rubbing her head, angad how ever shook his head and rolled his eyes though he was trying to suppress his smile , kripa on the other hand embarrassed ran back inside.

Angad drove away, only to think about kripa, he couldn't help smile when she bumped her head , she had looked so cute

Life in a metro – in dino

Kripa on the other hand was on her bed laying down, looking at her hand , she blushed remembering how she had touched his hand twice,

"no why am I thinking about that jerk, no kripa stop it, he doesn't deserved to be thought about" she reminded herself.
