Part 19 (2nd half)

Kripa and her parents went back home, kripa ran into her room closing the door behind her, she fell on her bed, she just wanted to run away taking the easy way out, but what she didn't know was that downstairs her parents were calling up the kapoor's. Dozing off she went into dreamland.

Kripa was wearing this, she was being brought down by prachi and aaliya, she walked down the stairs and was seated, it was her mehandi night, she looked at her palms, they were being decorated by the bright mehandi, but she was sad, she was hurting inside. Aaliya and prachi got up and began to dance, kripa tried to smile though her lips were not able to move, why?

Kripa just looked around at them dancing , when they both came and took her to the floor to dance, kripa faintly smiled and danced slowly , when prachi looked at her hand , P- wow jay jiju must really love you huh she sat patting her chin, kripa just stood there shocked, what was this a dream , she ran upstairs to the bathroom, turning the tap on, she tried scrubbing of her mehandi , but the more she did the more darker it got, kripa gave up and ran into her room, to the terrace.

She leaned on the railing , looking up at the sky, how, when why was this all happening , when a pair of arms came from behind her blocking her in between ,

"kripaaaaa" she heard him whisper into her ear , her heart was beating fast , she turned slowly around to find a dashing angad , she felt tears rolling down her eyes , angad slowly wiped them with his lips as kripa stiffened , he moved his lips to her lips softly , whispering "I love you".

"I love you to angad " kripa said with tears of happiness hugging him, with her lips still on his

Kripa got up, sweating, she ran her fingers through her hair, what was that, why was she dreaming of him, what was happening to her, she held her self still recovering from the dream more like nightmare, no she couldn't let this happened she had to tell her parents the truth.

Kripa got up and went down, she was surprised to see her parents all ready, and setting the table with snacks, K- mumma what is all this, KM- oh good you're awake I was going to call you, get ready jay's family are coming over, Kripa felt her heart stop, K- why, KM- kripa what kind of question is this, of course to talk about your marriage, K-but, Km- quickly kripa please before they come, D- kripa beti go get ready they just called they're nearly here, dev said walking into the room.

Kripa just ran into her room, why are you doing this to me god she said to herself, and got ready , she came out wearing this , she went in front of her mirror fixing her self up when she glanced up and saw angad from the mirror , kripa turned around , but found no one, she turned around touching her head, she was fine, what was happening.

She heard her family open the door , and greet the kapoor's, she felt a tingle in her stomach , when her mum called her down, Km- KRIPA, Come down, kripa took a deep breath and went down slowly. As she walked down the stairs the first thing she noticed was jay was stealing glances of her shyly, kripa couldn't have felt more awkward.
She turned her gaze to see a very happy anjali, great how was she too explain now. Kripa reached and greeted everyone and sat down near her mother.

The parents discussed while jay stole glances of kripa who avoided looking gat anyone and looked at her hands. Finally he parents came back and announced. Dev- okay so final it is, JD- let's finalize it with the kids, JD- jay beta so is it a yes from your side, jay looked at kripa lovingly and blushed say , J- YES , An- aww bros blushing , so what say kripa BHABI she said winking, kripa looked up and saw everyone smiling happily, she moved to jay, he looked more than happy, how was she too break everyone's heart , k- yes she said dully, maybe she would fall in love with him later, maybe this is what god wanted for her, maybe that is why she had come to Canada to meet him , made this was her destiny she said trying to think positive though she just wanted to deny it all.

Everyone hugged each other , while kripa ran too her room, not wanting to cry in front of everyone, while everyone laughed thinking she was shy, but what did they know , jay however thought " is she not happy" , but then smiled , thinking " she wouldn't have accepted if she wasn't happy" and got up to hug his future in laws.

Dev- okay I think we should have the engagement this weekend and then the wedding in three months , what say, KM- but isn't that so quick I mean the wedding, D- no no it's fine, so?, JD- yeh it' fine, what do you think jay, who just blushed and nodded.

Jay and his family left, kripa had gone to sleep with tears, dev went to his room, where anjali had rang naina, who had told her to ring if everything went well or not, An- haan , everything went well, the engagement is this weekend, N- what, so soon, congrats, and they continued to talk. Naina put the phone down and turned around and saw angad heading out, N- where are you going, A- oh uh nowhere, N- oh haan angad guess what , kripa and jay's engagement this weekend, A- whatever like I care, he said walking off, naina just shrug her shoulders and walked into her bedroom.

Angad walked into the clubs, it was around 10:30, he walked over to neeve, N- hey bro, A- hey he said, N- what's the matter you , A- nothing , come on let's go party, and they walked off, Angad started to dance with some random girl but he couldn't stop thinking about kripa and jay together, A- I'll be back he said to the girl . He went over to the bar , A- one vodka please, B- sure, B- here you go, angad grabbed the drink and took it in one shot, but it didn't help all he could think about was her, he placed the glass down and went into the bathroom , he opened the tap, and splashed water over his face, running his wet hands through his hair.

"why am I always thinking about, her?, whydoes she always spoil my mood, why the heck should I give a d***, it's her life he said , when he glanced up and saw kripa from the mirror, he was confused at first but turned into anger ,he punched the mirror breaking it into pieces " d***it"
