Chapter 9: Family reunion?

Garima Bua opens the door and welcomes them inside but Anubhav stand by the door like he did on GG birthday when he first entered Bhatnagar Mansion, and While GG was ascending own she also stood halfway on the stairs and looked at him, she felt weak on his knees but she knew she cant wobble down because no matter how much she still loved him, she cantaccept him again because of the anger, the hurt, the resentment which is still in her heart. They bothlook at each other and the time freezes for them because no matter what it be even after so many years,their eyes speaks more then needed.

Anubhav to himself: Time flew, many years passed between usbut still whenever I see you my train of thoughts stops midway. Aaj bhi tumhari Aahato se pata chal jaata hai ki tum hi ho. Kyun aaj bhi mujhe

itna affect karti ho tum? Tumhari Aakhoin mein itna gussa kyun hai mere liye?

GG to herself: Gussa hai, bahut hai kyunki tumne merav bharosa thoda, tumne aapne vaade nahi nibhaye, tumhe maine hamesh priority di par tumne mujhe itna hurtkiya hai na ki mein kabhie tumhe maaf nahi kar sakti.

Anubhav to himself: Kyun? Kya saari galati sirf meri thi tumhari nahi?

GG: Shayad thi, par tumhara trust nahi thoda maine.

PS italics convo are through eyes.

Their chain of eye lock is broken when GC calls Anubhav, he moves in the house and Rasika di has a tearful reunion with the COOL GANG and they all cry their hearts out.

Rasika Hugs Yug bhaiya : Bhaiya maien aapko bahut miss kia?I am sorry mujhe aapko batana chaiye tha Yash ke baare mein.

Yug: Arey pagal, tu khush hai na aur humne dekha hai yash kaise tera khayal rakhta hai, aur hum isme hi khush hai.

Rasika goes and hugs Anu: Kaisa hai tu?

Anu: Mein theek hu Di. Aap kaise ho? Itne saalo mein meri yaad nahi aayi aapko?

Rasika: Aati hai, hamesha aati hai, mein GC se saregharwalo ke baare mein puchti hu.

Rasika goes to Ankit ad they do their secret handshake which they usually do over the phone.

Meanwhile GG descend from the stairs and goes to GC and meet him and hugs him.

GC: Kaise ho tum?

GG: Mein theek hu, thodi der pehle toh humhari baat toh huithi.

 GG bends down and meet champ: Hi, Aap champ ho na? Aapse mil kar mujhe bahut Khushi hui. Handshake? She teaches a unique hand shake and says “ wheneverwe meet we should have our secret handshake right?

Champ smiles and hids behind Anubhav. GG gets up and say: Sorry, maybe he is a bit shy” She looks at Anubhav and stares at him with a blank expression. She chose to ignore him and ask them to have a seat for dinner.

GG: Shweta, jaake dekho ki ridz ready hui ha ya nahi aur agar ready hai toh please use leke aaye. Shweta leaves from there and observe Anubhav who is playing with his ring the one she gave on his wedding as a gift 

FYI: GG DOESN’T KNOW ABOUT ANUBHAV AND AKRITI’S DIVORCEE.

GG: Mr Kulshreshth , I hope aapki wife ko koi problem nahi hogi , after I introduce my daughter to you and she decides to meet you, your wife will also needs to be included in this process. So, I hope you clear out everything with her, because I dnt want any drama in my daughters life because of her.

Anu: Aisa kuch nahi hoga, dnt worry

GG: Worry toh karna padega na, its my daughters happiness atstake and I can do anything for my daughter’s happiness.

Anu: Our daughter

GG: woh toh waqt hi batayega.

They are about to continue when Ridz sees champ and rushes to her mom’s side and says: Mom, yeh crazy chashmish yaha kya kar raha hai?

 Champ who is next toAnubhav says: Crazy elephant, tum yaha kya kar rahi ho?

Ridz: Mein Crazy elephant nahi hu.

Champ: mein bhi crazy chashmish nahi hu.

Anu and GG shouts together: Enough!!!!!! And they both look at each other after that.

GG: Enough please dnt fight okay. Champ and ridz you have a relationship okay, cmon have a handshake and shake it off both of you.

Ridz: What relation mumma?

GG: Yeh Apke Yug chachu ke son hai, so aap unki big sister hui aur big sister fight nahi karte.

Champ: Chachu, yeh kaun hai aur meri big sister kaise hui?

GG: Champ, yeh apke chachu ki beti hai Ridhi, aur age mein badi hai isliye big sister.

GG: Ridz, he is your father Mr Anubhav Kulshreshth, go on say hi to him.

Ridz goes towards Anubhav and says Hi to him and shakes hands with her. GG notices the expression on Anubhav’s face, he had sadness maybe because he expected ahug or something, but did out a smile on his face

Anu: Hi, how are you? Aur sorry Champ ki taraf se, kal icecream gir gayi thi na aapki.

GG: Ridz, aap inse akele mein baat karna chahte hai toh aapkar sakte hai, aur joh bhi puchna ho, joh bhi kehna ho aap who keh sakte hai. Okay? Lekin dinner ke baad kyunki guest hai na hamare ghar pe aur Champ ko bhi bhuk lagi hogi hai na champ?

Champ nods his head and everyone laughs, they proceed towards the dining table, except GG and Ridz.

Ridz: Mumma, mujhe aapse kuch kehna hai.

GG: Hai kaho, kya hua?

Ridz: mujhe dar lag raha hai. Unse milne mein.

GG: Par aap ne kaha isliye toh maine unhe yaha bulaya na,phir kya hua?

Ridz: yes, but what if he doesn’t like me or anything like that?

GG: Awwwww mera bacha, aisa nahi hoga, Aap unse milegi,baatein kijiye, aapko joh kehna hai kahiye, phir agar apko uske baad mein aisa laga ki woh apko ya apkousko pasand nahi karte phir, aap joh khe wohi hoga. Okay? Aur abhi aap Papa ke pass jaake unse kuch baat kijiye okay?

Ridz run towards the dining table and when everyone is about to sit, she pulls his index finger and ask

very innocently “Can I sit here with you?”

Anu gets happy that she is atlest trying to talk and notignore him: sure, aap kahe toh mein apko serve kar du?

Ridz: Okay but in a system, all in particular order

Flashback: Anu to GG while taking her out on dinner date, inMumbai

Anu holds her hand and they wait for their order, when thewaiter arrives with food , Anu being

chivarious he is start to serve food when GG says

GG: wait, I need the food served in particular order.

Anu: Matlab

GG: Matlab roti @ 11:00 of the plate, sabzi @ 2:00 of theplate, salad @ 9:00 of the plate.

Anu: yeh kya tha?

 GG: Arey system hai, ruko mein samjati hu roti yaha hai tohAasani hoti hai aur right side mein sabzi

hai jise us haath se kahya jaata hai toh mess bhi nahi hoga aur its easy to eat that way.

Anu: Pagal ho kya? Aisa kaun karta hai?

GG: Mein karti hu, its my way you are serving me or dntserve me at all.

Present at the dining table:

Anu: let me guess Roti @ 11:00 and sabzi @ 2:00 hai na?

Ridz: Apko kaise pata mujhe aise pasand hai? Mumma ne bataya

Anu: Nahi, aapki mumma ko bhi yeh system pasand hai, isliye yaad hai mujhe. And he looks at GG who is also looking at him.

Ridz: wow mumma, Cool dude ko yeh system aata hai.

GG: Cool dude?

Ridz: ha, she turns towards Anu and says “ kya mein aapko cool dude bula sakti hu?”

Anu gets happy and says: Ha, tum mujhe joh chahe bula sakti ho, koi problem nahi hai.

Ridz: yayyyy!!!!!! Thank you and start to eat her food.

After dinner, champ and ridz are playing and they start to fight again for small reason

Champ: Oye, Crazy elephant tune meri turn kaise li.

R:oye, Crazy chashmish, meri turn thi, tumhe basic rules nahi aate kya game ke.

C: Ruk mein Chachu se teri complain kar duga.

R: mein bhi mumma se teri complain karuja.

Chachu/Mumma both scream at the same time.

GG: kya hua, ridz tumne kya kiya

Anu: champ tumne bhi kya kiya.

Ridz: mumma isne cheating ki, mera turn tha dice throw karne ka

C: no, usne abhi apna turn khela, phir mera aaya na

R: lekin mumma rule hai na ki 6 aaye toh wapas turn lena hai.

A: Aisa koi rule nahi hai

GG: aisa rule hai.

A: Acha kaunsi kitab mein yeh rule likha hai

G: tumne yeh games kabhie kehli hai kya joh tumhe rules pata ho, ludo ke awala aur kuch khela h toh pata chale na

A: Aur tum toh aise baat kar rahi ho, jaise tumne bhi bahtsaare games khele hai

G: yes, I did play aur is game ki instruction manual mein likha hai yeh.

A: koi bhi kitab mein yeh rule nahi likha hota hai

G: Hai tumhe kya pata 18 th century ka caveman, Old lucknow mein rehte ho is liye tumhari books bhi old hai.

A: oh hello, Ms Gomti Nagar, tum toh 21 st century ki insaan ho, phone mein dekh lo aisa koi rule nahi hai.

G: Agar nikla toh tum kya karoge?

A: Agar aisa hu ana toh mein…. Mein…..

G: Bakri ho mein……mein….. kya kar rahe ho.

A: tumse baat karna hi bekar hai

G: hai toh kar kyun rahe ho, start tumne hi kiya, maine nahi stone age caveman.

GC gang and Little gang starts to snicker around them seeing them fight.

R: cool dude aur mumma aap dono kitna fight karte ho?

A: fight nahi, tumhari mom se sirf Argument ho rahi thi.

G: aur tumahri Chachu se kuch aur expect bhi nahi kiya jaa sakta., aacha ridz unse joh puchna hai, joh baat karne hai karo. Tab tak champ aapko mein kuch coolcheeze dikhati hu. Ridz apne cool dude ko apna room nahi dikhaogi? Jaao dikhao.

 GC gang and Rasika Di were watching their Argument, when they were done and as Anu was leaving with Ridz

GC: In dono mein aaj bhi woh purano wali baat toh hai.

Rasika: matlab?

Yug: kuch nahi jab pehli baar mile the na tab yeh dono aise hi ladte the. Hamesha koi bhi baat ho,khatam hamesha fight aur Argument mein hi khatam hoti thi.

Ankit: Aur nahi toh kya aur hum inke Argument ke viewers hote the, Kabhie seedhi muh baat hi nahi karte the.

Rasika: Matlab????

Ankit: Di, aap nahi the na ruko aapko hum sab batate hai,lekin yaha nahi.

Yug, GC, Ankit goes to GB, while GG is playing with Champ and they are gelling along well and Anu is gone to Ridz room .

GC: Garima ji, hum zara bahar garden mein hai, rasika se akele mein kuch baat karni thi isliye, aapko agar kuch kaam ho toh hume please aake bata dejiye.

GB: Arey nahi, sab kaam ho gaya hai, jab tak Anubhav aurRidz baat na karle, mein yaha GG aur Champ ke saath hi hu. Aap tension matlijiye aur bahut saalo baad apko mili hai jitney chahe baat kar lijiye.

GC, Ankit, you take Rasika along with them to the garden.

Sorry don’t want to make it a huge chapter so will continue in next one
