Chapter 21

She went in to change and came back with a pair of shorts and a tank top. She removed her undergarments to be comfortable. She was going to her bed when she felt that there was someone in her house which was strange because she was living alone since Sheetal was fired and Nehal was just too mad at her. She got up to see who it was.

It was Shaurya, he was very drunk, but yet not enough to forget the pain she had given him. Well her condition was same too as she too had been in pain all this while however hard she tried to forget it all. Even she wanted a happily ever after but it just didn't happen. 

Shaurya moved towards her while looking at her with love, passion and anger. Yes he was vulnerable due to his drunken state but his eyes were describing exactly what he was feeling. Mehak saw him and she knew she couldn't lie to him anymore and she needs him. She still stood there. Shaurya came to her and said just one word- 'why'. Mehak gave in that very instant and told Shaurya everything. Even despite his drunken state... Shaurya listened to her and told her confidently that he would handle everything with utmost efficiency and secrecy. She agrees.

Shaurya just slams her lips on hers and they kiss senselessly, taking turns to dominate. They were undeniably close and were getting closer if that was even possible. Mehak put her hands on his shirt buttons. 4 of them were already undone. She undid the remaining ones and threw his shirt away. Mehak gave him a hicky on his neck standing on her toes. Shaurya pulled her away and asked if she was sure. She said she was and she loved him dearly and what they had was love and not lust...pure love. He held the Hem of her tank top and removed it from her head and then they both were top naked. He smiled  and locked his lips with her finally picking her up and she wrapped her legs around his waist...he was taking her to her own bedroom when she GOT UP.

Stupid alarm. Her heart was racing. She was sweating and there was an undeniable blush on her face which was so clear as if she did it. 

She blushed even more thinking that Shaurya was now ruling even her dreams then how he would fair in real life when they would be together.

 It was then, it hit her they would never be together because there was a fair chance that everything would not go as per chief Rajeev's plan and she would end up somewhere unknown because she knew that not even her body would be found post her death.

She got up, freshened up and started packing. Her "family" was coming to pick her up that day. She didn't believe it was all happening. She was getting marriage to Armaan. She really wanted to but things changed. Two years went by after his betrayal. She wanted to be with people who actually cared for her ...she wanted to be with her real love Shaurya but it wasn't happening. 

After she had the betrayal of her life from Armaan , she said -"there is nothing like true love" but in reality there is and she had realised it. She loved someone truly and someone loved her dearly and truly  and it was none other than the guy she was doing it for. She loved Shaurya and he loved her too. His vulnerable state was a proof of the same.

She packed the essentials and waited for "the family". They came and picked her up.

 Next day was her roka, followed by engagement, Sangeet, haldi and then mehendi. By the end of the week she was supposed to be married and leave for her honeymoon.

She only had a week to find the desired proof that she was risking her life for. If she doesn't she would have to go to a honeymoon with that selfish jerk and then come back to get her work done.

 She would want to get this done with earlier with and just get killed than go to honeymoon with that guy and wait for a month more and let the lives of more innocent girls to be ruined.

All she had to do was to find the dealing proofs during the wedding preparations. According to her  information, Ajay the main mind behind everything was supposed to be there. He dealt from Turkey and other people like K.D Shaurie, Swetlana, Sanjay,Armaan and his parents, Shruti and her parents and even her "family" were just pawns at his hands for the money and their own benefits.

The producer duo trapped the girls who would come in for movie roles. The doctors did their tubectomy and keep them in the "safe places" which were owned by K.D Shaurie and Shruti's Dad. The doctors even sold the abandoned baby girls who were given birth to by un married teenaged helpless mothers in their hospitals. They would just give the girls some money and let them escape easy by declaring the new borns as still borns.

The girls were used in the forced sex work where the more conventionally prettier ones were sent off to abroad to earn more money.

After Mehak's parents passed away, the "righteous" Uncle took to wrong ways and started importing and exporting the jewelry the wrong ways. He would even import drugs for his wealthier customers who had rich husbands and those men had no time for them so had to drown in some toxic stuff to forget the pain. He would do so by the girls who were being sold across various countries.

People say that there is a lot of mess in the page 3 world, guess they are right.

Mehak when reached her old room started thinking how she end up there...

From years Harish Uncle had been an undercover agent and now Shaurya was following the suit. Harish had dealt with many ugly criminals but from the past years he was almost on the verge of being exposed. Shaurya did save him by handling everything on the Karwa Chauth day but some insider who knew about Harish leaked the news to Sanjay and it ultimately reached Ajay. It was clear they didn't know about Shaurya being an agent too because not many people at the agency knew about him but the chief wanted no more risks and wanted to keep him safe because he was too precious an asset to loose. Shaurya definitely had some proofs but those weren't enough and hence Mehak was set up on the mission.

She was randomly picked up from her car one fine day when her new driver took her home from a new way from park after she had accidentally met Armaan a day before Shaurya's mom's birthday party. 40 mins was all she got to decide after she learnt everything from the man, chief Rajeev himself. She decided to help and even risk her life because the alternate plan actually risked Shaurya's life.

The excercise she did and was not for getting into shape, her gym just looked like a gym from outside, inside it was a training centre where she worked hard to learn some quick hacks and techniques so that she could carry out the whole mission smoothly.

She was in all these thoughts when the maid called her for lunch. She checked her hair pin which was her way to communicate with the chief and then went away with her downstairs in the dining area to have a meal with some people who she then hated but still had to laugh and smile with them.
