Getting married is the best feeling,

Said all my sister's, married and unmarried.

But now I am alone in this room,

With a heavy gown put on. 

More than the gown,

It is my thoughts which weigh. 

My heart aches with guilt, 

Sinking with each passing moment. 

This had to be a day with you, 

Not with someone I can't love. 

The nights we spent thinking about OUR day,

Is what plays repeatedly in my head. 

You are downstairs welcoming my groom,

and I am here unwilling to let go of you. 

My mind still thinks about you, 

Your touch still lingers on my bare body,

My lips crave for yours,

And my soul just for YOU!

You are heartbroken too,

And I know you! 

But you are strong,

And I know that too! 

But this is not me.

So here I am now with my veil,

Not over my head,

but around my neck.

Hoping that we meet soon,

And make it Forever.

As your fragrance and your touch,

Will forever linger in my soul.

Idk why I wrote something like this. But I just thought, no matter who you are, separation from your lover always hurts and is never easy. 

So thinking that Love is a joke is a sin. As Love can be the most beautiful thing ever happening to oneself. 

So keep loving and never let go of your love 💕
