Zee TV to launch a dramatic social TV soap!

Television has always been open to doing big fun, and often dramatic social experiments with new shows.

Of all the shows among the top channels, ZEE TV will soon bring a new offering in association with a brand new production house - The Offshore Productions.

The show will uplift the social traumas against the backdrop of a rural township. As of what our credible sources inform us, no popular face has been signed up for the show as of now.

However, Abhishek Sharma, who has actively been a part of the theatre and TV shows like CID, Kismat Connection, and Sister Didi has been signed on to play a character in the show.

When we contacted Abhishek, he said, "We have been strictly instructed not to reveal any details as the project is still in the pipeline. For now, all I can say is that I am elated to be a part of the show."

Looks like this show will follow the trail of unconventional shows like Balika Vadhu and Udann.
