Yuvraj Singh's Social Cause

MARD is a social initiative to create awareness about crime against women and instill in men, the qualities of treating with women with respect and gender equality. Farhan and Atul feel that only strict laws cannot curb the crime rate and hence something really strong has to be done to bring about a large change. This led to foundation of MARD.

After the poem being recited in Marathi, Bengali and Telugu by Sachin Tendulkar, playback singer Shaan and Mahesh Babu respectively, Yuvraj Singh is all set to recite it in Punjabi.

The cricketer said,"I am very glad to be associated with MARD. I think every person needs to do their bit."
