Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Vidya implores Abhira to promise never to leave Armaan

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Vidya acknowledges Kaveri's correctness and credits Abhira for her support. She confronts Kaveri about the injustice towards Armaan, prompting Kaveri's anger towards Abhira. Vidya shares her intention to flee for Arman's sake but stands up for Kaveri nonetheless. Despite Armaan's pleas, Vidya remains resolute. Abhira advises Vidya against arguing with Kaveri, but Vidya persists in defending Armaan and Abhira, asserting the family's dissatisfaction with Kaveri's decision. Eventually, Kaveri relents for the sake of the family, permitting Armaan and Abhira to stay, albeit without her blessings, predicting a future rift between Armaan and Abhira.

Dev and Charu confess their feelings:

Krish, Kiara, Charu, and Aryan offer support to Armaan, while others praise Vidya, who deflects the credit, lauding Armaan instead. Amidst hugs and praise, Sanjay worries about their share if Armaan and Abhira stay. Dev confronts Charu about stealing documents, leading to a confession of love from Charu, who decides to resign. Dev intervenes, professing his love and urging her not to quit.

At the Poddar House, Abhira apologises to Vidya and declines the offered gold bangles. Vidya makes Abhira wear the bangles and implores Abhira to promise never to leave Armaan, which she agrees to. Madhav commends Vidya's support, expressing hope for resolution because of Abhira. 

Ruhi questions Armaan:

The following day, Armaan ponders why Abhira always entertains thoughts of departure. Ruhi approaches and suggests that perhaps Abhira genuinely desires to leave. Armaan corrects her, asserting that Abhira considers leaving because of him. Ruhi then inquires about Armaan's decision between his family and Abhira, but Armaan declines to engage in discussion. Abhira prompts Armaan to declare his choice between her and his family. Armaan's gaze falls upon the bangles, prompting a realisation.

Abhira informs Armaan that Vidya gave her the bangles and discloses the promise she made. Ruhi proposes that Abhira and Armaan contemplate their separation after a year. Abhira retorts that Ruhi will be delighted once she departs. This sparks a dispute between Ruhi and Abhira. Armaan intervenes, urging them to cease their argument. Subsequently, Abhira and Armaan enjoy quality time together.
