Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Kaveri stops Armaan from revealing Maira’s truth, threatens to take her own life

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Armaan questions Geetanjali's sudden interruption just when he was about to reveal the truth about Pookie to Abhira. Geetanjali justifies her timing, claiming she stepped in at the right moment. Meanwhile, Abhira is overwhelmed with emotions and feels abandoned. She believes Armaan now belongs to Geetanjali and convinces herself that she has no place in his life anymore.

Geetanjali confronts Armaan and firmly stops him from disclosing the truth about Maira to Abhira. She asserts that despite everything, she has raised Maira and considers herself to be the mother. Armaan, on the other hand, insists that Abhira, being Maira's biological mother, has every right to know the truth. But Geetanjali refuses to give up her place in Maira's life and pleads with Armaan to stay silent.

Later, Abhira notices Geetanjali in tears and decides to stay away, assuming it's a private conversation between the two. She quietly walks away. Armaan, deeply conflicted, tells Geetanjali that only Abhira deserves to know the truth. He regrets his silence so far and feels guilty for the chaos it has caused. But Geetanjali emotionally manipulates him, swearing on Maira's name to prevent him from speaking out, leaving Armaan stunned and emotionally trapped.

At the Poddar residence, Kiara informs Manoj, Manisha, and Kajal about Armaan and Geetanjali's engagement, but they find the news hard to believe. Krish defends Armaan, feeling that he had misunderstood him in the past. Meanwhile, Geetanjali returns home and looks for Maira, who is disheartened because Armaan didn't return with her. Dadu urges Geetanjali to handle the situation with care instead of imposing her will on Maira.

Armaan, eager to meet Abhira, is stopped by Kaveri. He questions her about knowing Maira's identity and is shocked when Kaveri reveals she found out during the cultural festival. Abhira refuses to meet Armaan, and Anshuman steps in to support her emotionally. Abhira confronts him about his concern, and he confesses that although he knows she doesn't love him, his feelings remain unchanged.

A heated argument erupts between Armaan and Kaveri. Armaan blames her for keeping Abhira in the dark about Maira. But Kaveri stands firm and warns him not to reveal anything, threatening to harm herself if he disobeys. She tells Armaan to let Abhira move on with Anshuman, adding that the truth would only shatter the lives of everyone involved, Abhira, Geetanjali, and Anshuman.

Anshuman later gives Abhira a much-needed reality check. He encourages her to stop punishing herself for the past and come out of the sorrow she's been clinging to. He admits he may never be the one she chooses, but assures her of his unconditional support.
