Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Armaan struggles to recall Shivani, admits he barely remembers her face

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Pandit Ji requests Vidya to perform the ritual. Kajal suggests that Manisha could carry out the ceremony instead. However, Vidya chooses to proceed with the ritual alongside Abhira, though she is haunted by past humiliation. Meanwhile, Abhira, who is still nursing her emotional wounds, informs Vidya that the ritual has been completed. Afterwards, Abhir and Charu seek blessings from the elders.

As the events unfold, Abhira notices Kaveri's phone and grows suspicious. Kaveri, sensing Abhira's curiosity, warns her to stop prying into her matters. Internally, Kaveri worries about the identity of the person who saved Shivani a decade ago.

Later, Roop approaches Abhira and hands her some papers to sign. During their conversation, Abhira realises that Roop was attempting to sneak into the Poddar house simply to enjoy a meal. Seeing Abhira distressed, Roop inquires about the reason behind her sadness. Abhira admits that her worries are related to Armaan, though she refrains from sharing further details. Roop lightens the mood by trying to cheer her up. Meanwhile, Vidya and Armaan notice Roop with Abhira. Vidya persuades Armaan that Abhira has moved on with her life, and Armaan, too, begins to believe this. As their interaction ends, Abhira asks Roop to leave, but he requests her to visit Shivani whenever she gets time.

Later, Abhira decides to confide in Armaan about something significant. However, upon entering his room, she discovers that all her belongings are missing. This realisation leads her to believe that Armaan has truly moved forward in life. When Armaan catches her in his room, he confronts her for snooping around. Abhira attempts to tell him about Kaveri's secret but is unable to explain it fully.

Meanwhile, Armaan and Madhav perform the final rites for Shivani. The priest requests a picture of Shivani, but Madhav refuses, expressing concern that it might disturb Vidya. Despite this, the priest insists, but Madhav remains adamant. He then calls Kaveri to join the ceremony, but she appears hesitant.

Elsewhere, Shivani learns about Abhir's engagement and questions Roop about his absence from the function. Roop explains that Abhir did not want him there. Disappointed, Shivani insists that Roop must attend the upcoming celebrations. Later, Abhira meets Shivani, who expresses how much she misses her husband.

Madhav then asks Armaan if he ever thinks about Shivani. Armaan admits that while he barely remembers her face and that his memories of her are now blurred, the love they shared and the emotions he felt remain vivid in his heart. He admits that he has never experienced such feelings again and deeply misses her. Curious, he then asks Madhav if he still remembers Shivani. Madhav reflects on his past, acknowledging that while Vidya is the love of his life, Shivani was his first love, and he fondly reminisces about the time they spent together. Meanwhile, Shivani shares her story with Abhira, revealing that Maasa had rejected her. Abhira encourages her to reveal the names of her husband and mother-in-law.
