The rumor mill is abuzz with speculation surrounding Yash, the Kannada superstar renowned for his role in KGF, allegedly charging a staggering Rs 150 crore for Nitesh Tiwari’s epic drama "Ramayana." This high-budget film features Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram and the talented Sai Pallavi as Sita Mata, with Yash rumored to portray Raavan.

However, recent reports suggest a twist in the tale, as Yash reportedly declined the hefty paycheck and instead opted to join the project as a co-producer. Allegedly, a producer had withdrawn from the venture, prompting Yash to step in and support the film in a dual role.

According to media reports, Yash initially hesitated to portray Raavan but ultimately agreed to participate as a producer rather than accepting a fee.

As filming progresses, Yash is concurrently engaged in shooting his upcoming gangster movie, "Toxic."

Meanwhile, Ranbir Kapoor has embarked on rigorous preparations to embody the character of Lord Ram, as evidenced by a viral video showcasing his intense workout regimen. Reports suggest that Ranbir is demanding a substantial Rs 75 crore for his role in the project, reflecting the film's grand scale.

Sai Pallavi is purportedly set to receive a substantial Rs 6 crore for her portrayal of Goddess Sita, a significant increase from her previous earnings. While Ranbir, Yash, and Sai have yet to officially confirm these reports, the industry eagerly awaits further updates on this highly anticipated project.
