Actor Rohit Roy who is known for his role in Bollywood movie Kaabil shared a substantial piece on the India-Pakistan issue which recently raged with the Pulwama terror attack. On 14 February, when the world was celebrating Valentine's day, a suicide bomber in an explosive laden vehicle attacked a CRPF convoy in the Pulwama region of Jammu and Kashmir. In the attack, 40 CRPF jawans died which shocked the entire nation. Later, exactly after 12 days, IAF carried out the air strikes in Balakot across the Line of Control (LOC), destroying the camps of Jaish-E-Mohammad, the terrorist group which took responsibility for the attack.

This entire incident have become a heated topic. People from both India and Pakistan are voicing their opinions on the issue and war of words have begun on social media. In the wake of the entire issue, actor Rohit Roy shared his views on war and terrorism in a long Instagram post, he wrote, "To my Pakistani friends, followers and fans... let me clarify this once and for all.. I don't NEED to do this but I feel like doing it anyway .. no, we don't hate you.. we don't hate Pakistan. What we hate is the terror which is home grown in your country n spreads misery in ours.. the list is endless but let me just remind you of the mumbai attack's.. don't say you haven't heard of it.. So again, stop sending me curt messages and understand our hurt, pain and resulting anger.. god bless y'al"

Also, he gave responded to a Pakistani user who countered his views and commented against India. He said, "tum jaise log hi nafrar phailate ho.." (Its people like you who spread hatred).
